I called back multiple times and every day for a week and was met with a voicemail box prompt, and kept leaving a message about the pickup and delivery of the car. I got through to Bertocchi's Towing the following monday, 7 days later and asked him the status about picking up the car, he said the car will be picked up on tuesday, mind you the car was accruing storage fee's daily due to his inability to call us back, where I could have gone to another towing service. So I called the company whom I bought the car from on that same Monday after speaking with bertocchi's Towing, and Bertocchi's Towing never setup an appt with them to pickup the vehicle on tuesday, so he lied right over the phone and left me hanging for 7 days and over $100 in storage fee's. Needless to say he's a liar, and I will tell everyone I know to never use this bum in Laconia. Bertocchi's Towing never responded to my calls or voicemails, and when I did speak with him on the phone, he straight-face lied to me about pickup of the car, and cost me time and money. He never called back to say sorry, or explain himself. He just didn't give 2 craps about the impact to us both financially, and with the time spent chasing this bum around. This is who you are dealing with, so stay away and don't bother with Bertocchi's Towing in Laconia.

This is hands-down one of the most unprofessional, incompetent, and frustrating experiences I've ever had with any contractor. From the very first step, it was a disaster. Jordan showed up to scope the job and didn't even bother taking a single measurement. Zero communication about the process, timeline, or what to expect. I had to chase him down with constant texts just to get basic answers--and when I did, I got three- or four-word replies. He'd text back saying he was "busy snowboarding" and promise to call... then ghost me completely. Pathetic level of professionalism. Then he claims he needs extra bracing materials, so I shell out $500 on additional lumber (2x6s and 4x4 PT) based on his "no guidance." From him. He shows up, looks at it, and immediately says it's "not enough." Excuse me? I'm the customer, not a mind-reader or structural engineer and I made that clear. How am I supposed to magically know exactly what's required when you didn't measure or plan properly? When the two finally arrived they spent the first 10 minutes whining about the job being "underbid" and criticizing my perfectly solid shed--built in 2023, 16" on center--claiming it's "not strong enough." Then they shove a waiver form in my face to sign the day of the move, absolving them of any damage they might cause. Are you kidding me? That's not how legitimate businesses operate--that's a giant red flag screaming incompetence and liability dodging and why didn't he tell me this or ask me to sign this prior! They never even started the work properly because of all the complaining and excuses. Total waste of my day and now I'm stuck shopping around again for someone competent to simply move the shed across my driveway. I needed this done quickly and professionally; instead, I got amateur hour with attitude. Save yourself the headache, money, and frustration--run far away from Shed Express. Zero accountability, poor communication, surprise costs, and a big pile of unprofessional whining. Worst decision I made. 0/10 - would not recommend to my worst enemy.
