After 2 months I gave them an out and i said should i take it to the dealer...............QAS no we got it. after 3 months no worky so i had it towed to the dealer and it was fixed in 2 days. QAS still charged me $700+ and actually erased one of the computers programing yet still only cost $400 at the dealer to fix the whole deal. I will always choose an independent shop on older cars as the dealers are not my cup of tea, but I also expect them to know when they are just wasting time and money and that's exactly what QAS did. to be good you have to know when you are out of your ability and they were way out of their ability on this one.

The bill was $3720.00. They destroyed my car. When I went to pick it up the car wouldn't start. Then on the way home the car stalled. Then after taking it back to the shop they cleaned up the spark plugs. Then after leaving the mechnics i was on the way home and the car ran out of gas!!! ( They said the gas guage works and the car has a full tank) Then, I took my dad for a ride and hot radiator fluid sprayed all over my dads legs. That was painful, he is 80 years old. Then a few blocks from home and the engine dies again and wouldnt start. Checked the spark plugs and they had rust and were.black as coal. I changed the spark plugs but the engine wouldn't turn over. Instead I see smoke coming from underneath the hood. I checked the oil, ABSOLUTELY NO OIL IN THE ENGINE. YES THEY ARE THAT BAD. WHEN I SAID HEY, THERE IS A PROBLEM, THEY BASICALLY DENIED EVERYTHING.
