I called yesterday for a tow in Cassopolis for our daughter on her way home from work when the car…read morebroke down. The lady that answered at True's was very friendly and compassionate. Their tow driver was to her before my husband even got there. Probably around 10 minutes after I called. The gentleman was friendly and helpful. They were my 2nd call as the first one was to another tow company in Cass that starts with a P. The man that answered and spoke with me wasn't very friendly nor seemed to really want to help. When I asked around how long he thought he'd be to get to her, he was like however long it takes me to drive there (glad he stated the obvious). So I just ended the conversation and called True's. Both were in our insurance preferred providers. Thank you so much True's for caring and your friendliness. I definitely recommend you.
