It's basically a big ball of melted sugar and some lemon juice that gets smoothed on your skin and rolled off. No strips or burning. Jen is great. She asks me about my weekend plans, my family, etc. to distract from the pain (yes it still hurts, but not as bad as waxing, I swear!).
