Dan is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and genuine. He gave me advice on how to save money and not get caught up paying for unnecessary and expensive things for my HVAC. Thank you for helping us breathe in our home again! We experienced a pretty great loss in our home thanks to a negligent flooring company. Everyone at Enviro-Decon went above, and beyond to help us. Our home smelled fresh, clean, and we could actually breathe when we walked through the door. Despite the inevitable "damage" left in the aftermath of this mess, our home was actually "cleaner" coming back in then when we left. They are incredibly professional, and kept us up to date throughout the entire process start to end. They were very thorough in making sure that all of the mold was removed from our home, and actually needing to remove more than initially quoting, but making sure to call ahead of time! Honestly the crew is awesome! We couldn't be happier with them! They also did everything possible to ensure that our children would be ok, since our daughter's room was directly impacted by the damaged, by offering to put up black plastic to block her room from the bathroom (we declined since we were just going in and tearing the rest out). Asked to get a quote on an new Air conditioner and Curt Sales came out and also verified he would not charge me for the second call. Gave me a quote on an Armstrong not a name unit and never gave me a quote for a Lennox as requested. Received a bill 2 weeks later for the second service call and called and Curt Sales stated would take care of it. In October received another invoice with a past due notice and I contacted Steven Jacobs and he stated he would take care of it and talk to Curt. Left stern message (without using profanity) stating if I had my credit damaged I would take him to court. He called up and it was obvious was not going to help. Untrustworthy and not worth allowing in my residence again.
