They were prompt to return my message, helped me with an estimate, and got me scheduled. Tom from Mr. Picky came out the next day to do the work. He had special equipment including scrubbing heads to do the job right. There was a pretty bad traffic trail that I was hoping would come out. It DID!! You can't even see a trace of it. There was black metal dust on the carpet and he got it all up(look closely at the pic). Plus, Tom used a deodorizing soap, so everything smelled nice and clean. Speaking of nice and clean, Tom was that way. He is a broad shouldered, polite young man, free of tattoos, non-smoking, well spoken. Someone I would introduce my daughters to! Most recently Ray pulled a new circuit for an electric fireplace, relocated an outlet and installed surge suppression at my main panel. It was a challenging install as the majority of the basement ceiling was previously finished. Ray quickly assessed the situation and was able to identify a route and complete the work (By himself) in record time. Immediately following the work at my home Brad teamed up with Ray to install 2 new circuits and surge suppression at my daughter's home to accommodate recently installed heat tape. Again the challenge at hand was the finished ceilings in the basement. They worked in tandem to quickly get cable from the main panel to the far corners of the home and install GFI receptacles outside. I can't say enough good about Webb Electric. Brad and Ray are true professionals. Working together for 26 years they are like a well oiled machine.
