Throughout the planning process they were extremely responsive, clear, and professional. If you've planned an event before, you know how helpful this is! My wedding was in the early afternoon, so my stylist, Shei, had to show up very early. But she was so kind and cheery that you would never have known how early it was. She was a pleasure to work with, and she did an amazing job with everyone's hair!

She did reply to me via email the next day which I appreciated and I replied back to hers. I welcomed the opportunity to speak more about my experience however I haven't heard from her. I didn't understand how her response was so prompt before but wasn't after my response. I went onto Instagram to only find out that she blocked me. As the Founder/CEO (who I didn't harass, curse out, or use any derogatory words towards her) to block someone after a complaint especially after stating in her email that "I would have loved to show you a true beautini experience as I would never want you to walk away with a bad taste in your mouth" is shocking, disheartening, and clearly was written with no real follow up. And yes the CEO blocked me because I asked someone else to see if they can click her name under the Beautini bio (which I cannot) and see if they can see the posts (which I cannot). I cannot even click on her website. This action in itself shows me 2 things: 1: The Founder/CEO does not like when a customer is truly honest about services rendered/lack of services by her employees and 2. Beautini is not about fixing the problem (in my case this is true) and would rather say they're sorry and not show they're sorry. Of course not everyone's experience is the same and I do wish Beautini's future customers a better experience than mine (whether at a bridal event or on the wedding day itself.)

During the makeup and hair trial she tried multiple looks, and even insisted on doing more to make sure that I was happy and had tried a variety, which is typically unheard of. She was a great listener and was happy to offer tips and advice with regards to the look I was going for. She took notes on what I liked and didn't like about the trial, and was more than adequately prepared for the wedding day. I loved my hair & makeup, as did my maid of honor.
