The shop is beautiful and immaculately kept! We were greeted by a masked professional staff member who politely requested that we wash our hands immediately upon entering. I went here for the first time last week. Walk in only so it was a bit of a wait but I was told ahead of time for that and that it would be 2 hours for everything I was getting done. It ended up being more like 2.5-3. I got a brow tint and lamination and eye lash tint and lift. I love the eyebrow tint and lash lift. As for the lamination it didn't really work for me as I have thick eyebrow hair. And the lash tint I don't really see a difference in the color either. I would likely go back and just get the lash lift and eyebrow tint next time. read more

I went to Bespoke Brows today for my first eyebrow cleanup since before the pandemic. I was lucky to be seen by Rebecca. She was so knowledgeable about what my brows should look like. I never know those things and tend to trust the person doing it which sometimes works out and sometimes doesn't. Today it REALLY worked out!! Rebecca was kind and thorough and so so talented. Not only do my brows look great but it didn't hurt at all! I've been getting my brows threaded for years because I used to break out from waxing. Had the opportunity to visit the 2nd Ave location of Bespoke twice within the past month to receive different services each time. And each time I was the happiest I had ever been with the results (although I am ALWAYS happy there!) Had my brows tinted by Molly. She had never tinted my brows before but my preferences were stored in the customer base so I did not have to keep my fingers crossed that my brows would come out the way that I hoped. They did & then some! She also tweezed where needed and the shaping was GREAT! Torie gave me a lash lift/tint and they look spectacular! ( Had never seen Torie before either)I told the owner that they look the best that they ever have! Very noticeable difference from "the before". I look like I am wearing mascara after lifting & separating my lashes. They are long and full. LOVE my new eyes. LOVE Bespoke Brows NYC. PS. But since coming to Bespoke, they have seriously never looked better. My go-to services are the brow tint, brow wax/ shape and lip wax. The wax is soo gentle on your skin and their staff is so knowledgeable. They also take their clients health and safety very seriously. I liked this place a lot. The girls were awesome and I loved how they shaped my eyebrows, very knowledgeable . Unfortunately I got hives all around my eyebrows from the wax. I've never had this before and I'm not sure if they use something different. I also got them tinted and it didn't seem to stay. Around 6 hours later my brows had a thick film over them and it was the dye coming off. Never had that before as well. Overall I loved the place just wish I didn't have a reaction to everything. read more

Bespoke Brows is one of the prettiest studios I've ever been to. I learned about this studio because my longtime brow manager (seriously, she saved my brows!) Nikki began working here and it has not disappointed. The original Lex. Ave location is great, but the new 2nd Avenue location is so bright, spacious, and beautiful, and it's honestly got such great vibes from the second you walk in. Rebecca and everyone in the studio has safety during COVID on the forefront-- which is really comforting during these times. What makes also Bespoke Brows unique is that their lavender wax is very gentle, so there's no redness or sticky feeling afterwards. I also did a lash lift yesterday. The process was so simple and my lashes look so nice, even without mascara. It's a great alternative to extensions, which I gave up when COVID began, and so much better for your lashes.
