I remember about two years ago around the time eyebrows started becoming "on fleek", my friends pointed out that I had practically no eyebrows. I got the motivation to pursue microblading when a couple of my friends decided to do it as well. I was deathly scared, though, to come out looking too overdone, especially since I pretty much never wear makeup except for when I went out, which only included some eyeliner, mascara, and, at the time, brow makeup. She knew what she was doing and made me feel very comfortable through the process. She guided me through steps by steps of the process and the after care. From the moment I called to make an appointment, I felt so comfortable with having decided to allow Bespoke to microblade my brows. When I called to make my initial appointment (first time ever having semi permanent or permeant make-Up) I was super nervous about how my experience would be. I was reassured and explained the entire process and what to expect, it felt as if they were holding my hand through the process, extremely comforting for me. Honestly, I was skeptical that microblading would not be a good fit for me as an African American woman....but man o man Tenya knows exactly what she is doing. This sweet woman is a perfectionist who strives to make you happy. They have a disclaimer in their paper work that states something along the lines that your "brows will not be perfect" but I beg to differ because she beyond delivered on my brows. And yes they are perfect! I wish I could give her 1000 out of 5 on her star rating because that how amazing she is. She makes sure that you are beyond satisfied with your brows. Let's get real for a moment people you need to have someone who is a perfectionist and clean performing any type of work on your face, that's a no brainer. The studio is clean, orderly, calm, relaxing (minimalist feel) and inviting. The only thing missing was a foot massage. Microblading can be uncomfortable, it felt like little scratches but once the numbing cream was activated and doing its job I fell asleep. I have seen other women who have had microblading and their brows are okay, they just seem filled in with color where as mine looks like someone meticulously did my brows everyday for me.... I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Tenya at Bespoke Brows. As I've gotten older, my brows have lightened and thinned out. They were basically non-existent, and all I ever really did with them was darken them with a bit of brow pencil. I had never even heard of microblading until earlier this year. I then started researching the whole process and brow artists and came across Bespoke Brows on Instagram. I began following them and was very impressed with Tenya's work. Online reviews of her were excellent, and I knew that she was the one I wanted to entrust my brows to. Booking online at Bespoke Brow's website was easy and the website is very informative. When I showed up for my appt, the young lady (I'm sorry, I forgot her name & I'm so bad with names) greeted me by name and made me feel very welcome. She explained the whole process to me and applied the numbing cream to my brows. She then gave me some paperwork to fill out and spend a good amount of time going over the aftercare process. She was very thorough in explaining the aftercare, and provided me with written aftercare instructions and supplies that I would be needing. There are snacks and beverages available to enjoy while waiting to see Tenya. The whole establishment was beautiful, light and airy and very relaxing. Upon meeting with Tenya and speaking to her, I immediately knew that I was in very capable hands. She spent a lot of time getting to know me and what I was looking to achieve. I had saved some photos from her Instagram account of brows that I liked. We went over those so that she could find out what I liked and didn't like about each set of brows that I had saved pics of. She spoke to me of what would work and what wouldn't work for me based on my own face shape, bone structure, etc. She also went over with me what color I was wanting and what would look best for me, based on my hair color and skin tone. I wanted more defined brows, but nothing too terribly bold. She did all kinds of measuring and then drew the outline of the brows, to make sure that I was completely satisfied before she began her work. I ended up deciding on the combo brows (microblading hair strokes and ombre powder shading). Before starting, she was very thorough in making sure that she explained every step of the process and what to expect during the microblading session. She also made sure that I was comfortable, and continued throughout the process to explain what she was doing and to make sure I remained comfortable. I'll be the first to admit that I'm a big weenie when it comes to pain. However, the numbing cream worked very well and I had very minimal discomfort. As I told Tenya, as weird as it sounds, I felt the whole microblading process to feel oddly relaxing, lol. Of course, it helps too that I was completely relaxed knowing that I was in very good hands with Tenya. Before I knew it, she was done. I love my new brows! I can't say enough good things about Tenya and her staff at Bespoke Brows. I feel that the price was very reasonable and it includes a complimentary touch up. I waited to write this review to provide real-time results and the most informative advice. I'm going in for my follow up/ touch up appointment today (generously included in the service by Tenya). I will write a follow up review upon completion. Tenya is amazing - professional, meticulous, patient, cautious, and informative. She will explain everything in detail so you know what's involved. It's a lot but just go with it...better to have more info than less. Most importantly, she explains this is a process. You may need the touch up to achieve exactly what you want. This is actually a good thing. It's your face and it's semi permanent...don't rush it. Her methods and facility are extremely sterile and well maintained. When you finish your procedure, don't be surprised that your brows will look slightly different. In my case, they were darker and I wasn't used to having them look pronounced. Within a week, it mellowed out and began to "shed" the excess pigment. I was on vacation at the time and it was fine. Once this happens, Tenya's strokes look so natural!! This is totally worth not fussing daily with penciling brows in! Just follow all the aftercare and pre-appointment instructions as much as possibly for the best results. read more

Loved my experience at Bespoke Brows. I waited a bit to do a review so I could have time to live in my brows. It's been 6 months and I still love them, and I love how they healed. Tenya is very talented and sweet. I was very indecisive about getting powder brows or getting combination of microblading and powder. I was also apprehensive about ending up with brows that were too bold for everyday wear. Tenya was super patient and really made me feel comfortable with how knowledgeable she was. We settled on powder brows with a little less permanent pigment so I could feel out how I liked them with the option of getting a different pigment on my touch up session. I loved them so much while they were bold and healing I opted to jump in and get the other pigment on my touch up session. 6 months later and I love how they look whether or not I'm wearing makeup (like in the 6 month healed photo- makeup free). I'm pretty bad about plucking my brows to keep the line super crisp, but that's just me being lazy. Definitely recommend Tenya! Wouldn't let anyone else touch my eyebrows. read more

Had such a great experience with Tenya! She took her time to draw in my brows and make sure they were absolutely perfect before starting the process. My brows are a bit crooked so it took a good amount of time to find that perfect medium for my brows. She's incredibly detail orientated and considering this is semi permanent it's reassuring to know she won't start till everything is perfect. I was a little apprehensive about how painful the process might be but amazingly enough it turned out to be not bad at all! She didn't rush the numbing process and really gave my brows the time to get sufficiently numb. Then during the process she reapplied additional numbing agents.
