If your looking for someone to slay your eyebrows EVERYTIME, I would definitely go to Elizabeth! I always get a Brazilian and my eyebrows threaded. She's truly amazing, and gets me in and out within 10-15 minutes. Oh and not to mention, the way she does Brazilian waxes are just phenomenal, I've been getting waxed for years and no one has removed hair the Elizabeth way. After looking at the reviews, I decided to try this location for the first time to see how it is. I went to get my eyebrows threaded and I was very happy with my results! Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the sweet woman that serviced me today, but she did an amazing job. She took the time to ask me how I wanted my brows shaped and she did exactly what I requested. Overall, my experience was quick and easy;I'll definitely be back! read more

$10 for eyebrow threading immediately caught my eye! They did a great job and listened when I said that I wanted to keep my brows thick. She even took time to explain why she left hair in certain places in an effort to even them out. I was super satisfied and this will be my permanent brow place in Houston. AND as a bonus she gave me a little brow massage at the end! I've never had anyone do that before, it felt great. The shop was very clean and the staff were nice and professional. read more

Worst experience in an establishment ever ! In order to lay back as best as I could, the employee asked me to undo my hairstyle. So after getting my eyebrows threaded, I went to redo my hairstyle and a lady at the front shouted across the room, Excuse me can you finish that later? She's waiting for you to check you out so I said ok sounds good can I finish my hair to which she said you can check out and do it later and so the lady who did my eyebrows said she can finish her hair it's ok I told her she could but at that point I was just ready to leave due to the unprofessionalism showed from the woman at the front. read more

While I did stay to get serviced and left a tip, I did not appreciate the rude reception that my daughter and I received upon entering. Upon arrival we were silently stared at by all 4 staff as we entered, only one of whom was actually servicing a client. We then sat down and waited before finally being addressed to get our brows done. While my daughter was getting her brows threaded, we both observed two clients come in after us and receive warm greetings while immediately being serviced by the staff. My daughter and I were the only two Black women in the shop, and only stayed because we are not from the area and had an urgent brow need. Otherwise, we would've left after the cold reception. This is not a business I would recommend to Black women. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! Asked for my brows to be clean and remain thick.. Anju took them down to practically nothing! Asked her for eyebrow tint and she gave me black tint!!! I'm a redhead.. kept telling me it would fade.. well no kidding it will fade. Never again read more

WOW! My eyebrows look AMAZING!!! I recently moved to the area and I have been looking for an eyebrow threading salon nearby. Luckily, Yelp showed me this place!!! I'm always hesitant with trying out eyebrow locations, but I'm really glad that I visited this salon!!! The place is clean and well-lit. There's parking out front and nearby, since it shares the parking lot with Randall's and other stores. I was immediately greeted by a friendly face. There were 2 other ladies in there, so my wait time was LESS THAN 5 minutes! There's aromatherapy before the threading and an Aloe Vera lotion massage afterward. I barely had any redness afterward and the threading was almost painless! I'm very sensitive to pain and it didn't hurt as much as I anticipated. They accept credit card and the price is reasonable. This is the best service by far for an eyebrow threading salon that I've experienced. Ask for Sony!!! She was super sweet, meticulous, and attentive! Plus, she asked me if I was okay midway through. She was gentle with her threading and she shaped my brows wonderfully. I'm definitely coming back next time! read more

This is my go to spot to get my brows cleaned up! They are very friendly, detailed, and gentle, more than any other place I've been too. The price is also reasonable at $11 for my service. I've been here twice already because my brows grow fast, and the service is always excellent, and the interior is also pretty tidy. Getting your brows cleaned up is kind of overlooked for most guys, but if you'd like to give it a shot, this is the spot I recommend :) read more

Finding a brow place that you trust and doesn't cost a fortune is rare. I happen to stumble across this location in accident but so glad I did. My brow lady was super far from me and with gas prices increasing....I needed someone closer. This place does thread so if you're not use to it....i recommend staying with the wax places. I was able to walk in and get my brows done quickly. The lady that did my brows did a phenomenal job! Prices were reasonable too. I suggest giving this place a try if you're used to getting threaded or if you're looking for a new brow lady. Located in a busy shopping center, parking was plenty and easy to access. Wanted to update as the past few times I've come, the service has been terrible. Not sure if it's the new techs or new management maybe, but something is definitely different. Last 4 or five times I've come, the techs have taken off half my brow every time despite me describing more than once I like to keep my brows thick. Frustrating to say the least. read more

Stopped by this business based on the yelp reviews & the location. I wasn't greeted when I walked in, but that's ok because both techs were busy. It was only a 10min wait & once I was seated it didn't take long. The tech did just what I wanted & I was pleased. I'll definitely return if I'm in the area. read more

I went in for eyebrow threading and upper lip wax. My eyebrows were on point but the esthetician BURNED MY LIP. When I went back to show the burns, the esthetician admitted to not having much experience with waxing. That is a liability. If you go, do not go for a wax!! read more

Although I am sitting in the parking lot devastated that they just closed and I didn't make it in time and my eyebrows are looking something ferocious, I would definitely recommend this place. I am a guy and I don't need to look like Joan Crawford and they do an excellent job at just cleaning my eyebrows up making them look natural every time. They are cheaper than the other places I go to in upper Kirby and the women are so nice here. They seem to always have a spot for walk-ins which is perfect for my chaotic schedule. read more

While receiving service, I noticed it felt more painful than normal. I assumed that the pain was due to me not being able to get them done in so long (COVID-19). However, after seeing my eyebrows the next day, I realized the technician's roughness was her actually cutting my skin. This has by far been the worst eyebrow threading I've ever received. I also received a tint and as the pictures show, it did not come through. Thoroughly displeased and advise no one to waste their money. read more

Definitely won't be coming here again. My friend and I went here looking for a trustworthy eyebrow shop and both of us were left dissatisfied. The woman that did my friend's eyebrows was unprofessional, rude, and didn't listen to her wants. She was very rough with her and we both left speechless. I came in to get my eyebrows threaded and she made them uneven and tried to say that my eyebrows were uneven even though I've never had this problem before when getting my eyebrows threaded. She even nicked my skin where she took off my eyebrows so now one eyebrow is shorter than the other one. I will never come here again read more

I feel like the lady could've done better if she paid more attention as she was stopping and talking with her coworkers during the process but overall they did a good job, I cannot complain about that. It was nicely cleaned up just not shaped as nicely as precise as it could've been. read more

I even had had an upcoming appointment a couple weeks out and canceled that (lost my deposit on that) - but that's okay, I believe everything in life comes back tenfold when you are kind, compassionate and generous. Greed never wins! I also text her letting her know I was late due to the passing of my grandmother as I was in the middle of arranging her funeral and I left my house frantic - missed the exit.
