Based on their confidence, I paid upfront for tattoo removal and 3 syringes of filler. Right after the first tattoo removal session, I was told the tattoo removal wouldn't work because of the ink color -- something they absolutely should've mentioned before selling me a package. With the filler, I was only given half a syringe (with no explanation until after I paid), the filler was placed wrong and was injected on the inside of my mouth as opposed to around the lips where it's supposed to go. It was done in small section so you could see where the product was and wasn't. I was told that it would need to be dissolved because I had a bad reaction- I've been getting filler for years, but again trusted them, so I got it dissolved and came back. When I returned to get the rest, they told me they'd thrown it out because "they can't store it so I need to purchase more" Again -- never disclosed until it was too late. I asked for a refund and was told several times it was being processed, but months went by with no response. I followed up constantly, stayed patient and respectful, and was either ignored or brushed off. Finally, someone from their national office called me -- he was rude, aggressive, and sarcastic from the second I answered. When I asked him not to talk over me, he paused for a full minute just to say, "Just wanted to make sure you were done before I was allowed to speak." Then he hung up on me when I address his behavior. I spent thousands of dollars here and got nothing I was promised. Now I have no thousands of dollars in credits that I will never use. They lie to make the sale, botch you, dodge accountability, and treat you like an inconvenience if you ask questions. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I never wanted to embarrass myself by sharing photos of my lips, but want to help anyone else who is considering going here. Save your time, money, and sanity -- go literally anywhere else.

One star off because my appointment was at 12:45 but didn't start until 1. It was super quick and was out by 1:15! In the time that I was at serve, I noticed very inconsistent treatment and very inconsistent messaging on how to care before and after treatment sometimes I would leave an appointment with my hair growth, remaining exactly the same Seeman and other times I would leave and it was a wonderful experience and it would be delayed quite a bit before my next appointment. In my time there, I also had several issues with scheduling appointments with my preferred service provider. Given the inconsistencies I experienced in treatment. I had a strong preference on service provider and really didn't want to spend my money seeing anybody else because anybody else was kind of a waste of money and did not yield results. Frequently, I would accommodate the service providers schedule and not be notified when she was unexpectedly unavailable or their schedule changed and she wasn't scheduled for my appointment. Driving to downtown Dallas is kind of a pain in the butt, and it was very inconsiderate and unacceptable when I'm very specific about who I need to see to be able to continue to support their business for them to not reach out and notify me and give me the opportunity to cancel. On a couple occasions when this occurred and I refused service to reschedule the office staff still charged my account for the service that was never performed even though the reason it wasn't performed was their own shortcomings. Additionally, I had a package for full face and front of neck, Services and somehow both of those packages depleted at the same time almost when I had only used front of neck a couple of times so I was being inappropriately billed for services I also did not receive just because I had chosen to pre-pay one of their packages. I've stopped using SEV and have moved to another provider in the area. I never like to leave bad reviews for businesses because I understand sometimes situations can be more of a reflection of their employee or how they're feeling that day so I chose to wait about six months from when I terminated my relationship with SEV to process this. Still after this time has passed I feel that the issues I experienced were consistent, with multiple employees, and more of a reflection of the business rather than an individual employee. I would consider going anywhere else for your services, unfortunately.

The office is pristine, and they are timely with appointments so if you're running late, you'll likely be rescheduled. I loved the woman who did my first appointment (Krysta!) but unfortunately I have been assigned to other technicians for each of my subsequent appointments.
