Before my current car I never had tinted car windows. I saw it as an unnecessary expense, something many wanted and few needed, owning cars with average windows plus fabric interiors and working a job that I regularly started and ended with the moon in the sky. A change in both cars and jobs drastically changed my opinion after one summer month with my then-new black car with black leather interior and working normal hours where I'd leave with the sun beating down on it. I can count on one hand how many car-related businesses have treated me with as much consideration and respect that Kris did. Typically I am dismissed, disregarded, or talked down to when dealing with car-related businesses from auto part shops to car mechanics. This was a stellar experience for me. I also feel safer! I have light sensitivity and I used to only be able to glance quickly out the passenger windows when merging if there were any cars that reflected the sun, but with the tinting I can carefully and completely assess and see my surroundings. And during the night it equally is great because I can quickly see headlights separated from surrounding ambiant light like building lights and street lights. When I picked up my new A6 almost three years ago now, I knew that I wanted the windows to be tinted. I asked at the dealership and they referred me to Bespoke! I didn't really know about the different types of tinting available. Kris walked me through all the options in detail. Once the tinting was applied, aftercare was reviewed along with what to expect. Don't believe or trust this guy at all! Check out the pics for yourself. I spent over $1,400 to have my brand new $100k 2024 Ford F350 window tinted and chrome delete wrapped, which was picked up and dropped off to Kris from my Ford dealer for me to come and pick up to drive out of state. The truck was dropped off in the time window Kris gave for the work to be completed. Kris went out of town following my service so I had no ability to contest his work, for which I wouldn't have paid (it was that bad!) if I had been there in person to see it before he left town. The window tinting was fairly decent (albeit there are some bubbles), but this guy has no business wrapping cars! Not only did he NOT wrap two chrome sections he was paid to do (the chrome window sill trim), all of the wrapped sections had wrinkles, improper cuts, chrome visible on edges, and loose wrapping film. I will have to pay another service in my state to fix all of Kris's improperly wrapped sections, a $650 loss to me. My advice: I would stay far, far away from this business and take your precious vehicle to a professional car wrap technician that can make it look right! read more

Awesome, hardworking couple (Kris & his wife are absolute rock stars) who took care of my car twice, with the 3M pro series gloss PPF, along with a ceramic windshield and window tint! For the PPF, he said there was no pattern for my whole car, so he had to cut parts of it by hand. That freaking blew my mind, and he did such a great job! The tint on the windows and windshield cured really nicely, and even though there was some lifting in the curve of the bumper piece on the PPF, we only had to head back real quick for a day and he replaced it free of charge. He was super chill and professional about it, and the stunning results make me want to bring alllllll my cars here to have him tint and wrap them! read more

Made a last minute choice to finally get my car tinted this morning. Called them and they luckily had a cancellation and was able to get me in right away. I dropped my car off at 10:00AM and they had it done, parked outside and ready literally by like 10:45-10:50AM. I was really impressed because I thought tints normally take 2-3hrs. I have a 2016 Mercedes CLA 250 so it is a smaller car so that could account for it. Either way, this is a very reliable and accommodating shop. I stayed in their waiting area to do some homework and they had a comfortable couch with wifi and coffee amenities. I was planning on cleaning the exterior of my car as well since it was pretty dirty and there was bird poop on my trunk hood but they even cleaned that for me! Kris and his wife are fantastic. I had a Tesla Model Y and an Acura MDX's front two windshields done with ceramic tint on short notice. Service was fast and prices were better than other shops' quotes. I came back to get the front windshield done on my Model Y since Kris did such a good job on my front two. Since it's such a big piece of curved glass, there was a little bit of distortion but when I brought it up to Kris, he offered to fix it ASAP at no additional cost. This used to be a Midnight Window Tint, but it looks like they've since gone independent. Kris still runs the show, which my friends tell me is a good thing! They were able to fit me in for a last-minute tint and PPF after my car (a Model 3 Performance) was delivered earlier than expected. They have a good choice of premium PPF and tint products to choose from. I ended up choosing STEK DYNOshield for the PPF and 3M Crystalline for the tint, both of which are products that I've used and loved on my other cars. The PPF wrap itself was done well with the edges hidden and no trapped dust. Super clean install! Tint was similarly totally fine. No signs of bubbling a month in, but I have no doubts that Kris and his team would take care of that if it did end up happening. Prices were very reasonable. Overall a great experience.
