Response was quick and informative. Fortunately there was a cancelation and i was able to take the appointment. I dropped off my car and the options were confirmed to have a ceramic tint. This establishment does not participate in Groupon since the quality of materials is much better here and they do not cut corners. Trimming is all done by hand with craftsmanship and pride in the product. This place also has experience with applying Tesla cars which can be important. Since there are establishments that will not touch these cars. We discussed pricing and this place came in about average for other places. I would recommend this place for your tinting and wrapping needs.

Days after they had it, they literally blew up my $25K engine and did nothing more than push it outside the shop. No explanations, no paperwork, no engine. Years later, an engine shop working on another car of mine pleaded with me to give these guys another chance. I tried to talk to them, but the absolute arrogance and refusal to admit their incompetence quickly steered me away. With good reason. They seem to be just as incapable of doing what is right for the customer and for the vehicle as ever. Don't let "new ownership" stories fool you. they are crooked in their business ways and will not take responsibility for their mistakes. Use these guys at your own peril. You have been warned.

I took my Rochester Carb to Carb Connection for an overhaul during the pandemic. Unfortunately, the carburetor is in terrible shape, with less than 5 miles driven since the overhaul. When I tried to contact Carb Connection, the response was surprisingly hostile. Since I now live out of state, I will need to remove the carburetor and ship it to them, but they weren't even sure they could handle it promptly. This is a NCRS Top Flight Corvette, and I'm preparing for Nationals in 2025. The person I spoke with was rude and condescending, clearly dismissive of my concerns. To make matters worse, the insert for the fuel filter is stripped and leaking gas, among other issues. I recommend thinking twice before choosing this company; I will be sending my carburetor elsewhere to correct their mistakes.

He was also very thorough at the intake appointment, asking about whether I wanted the side mirrors wrapped, if I wanted to change the color of the brakes, whether I wanted the badge off, etc. and followed up with me via email/phone call if there were other decisions to make during the process. I also really appreciate that he stays open fairly late so I can go after work, which makes it much more convenient! After picking up my car, I had to bring it back to get something fixed that was missed during the initial wrap. They fixed it the same day around 8pm in ~30mins. Great customer service and quality work!

Turns out, it stemmed from my battery replacement not being finalized by AAA which caused problems with the car not shifting from first gear to second gear. Not only did Raridon not even address this issue in their $8,000 quote to me and that it wouldn't be fixed. Dougs even figured out the issue with the computer showing a number of nonexistent issues - it was a computer glitch. Rairdons didn't question the computer and was happy to try to take 8k of my hard earned funds unnecessarily. Rairdons knew this happened immediately with a transfer of the battery and I specifically told them that I suspected it had to do with the battery. They didn't even inform me that the shifting issue wasn't addressed. I asked what happened to the shifting issue. By then I'd already found Doug's and was going to give them a chance because of a really great initial conversation that showed me they knew much more than the Jeep Dealership. Josh explained about. They only charged me for a single hour of work. In my opinion, they undercharged me. It was an incredible experience and Josh knows his s***. I'm 63 and female.... Rairdon saw me coming. Josh and the team and Doug's are nothing but kind and helpful. I've never felt like I was being taken advantage of or overcharged. They always let us know after our appointments when there may be things like new tires or brakes that we have to consider in the coming months, so we always know what to expect. Not only that, but when my husband's clutch went out last year, the first thing we did was call Doug's and, even though that isn't within their remit, they gave us a great recommendation for who we could have our car towed to for the repair. We moved from Kirkland to Seattle in 2020, but continue to drive over the bridge and drop our cars off for each service appointment because we like them and their service that much!

You get electronic estimates and texts updating you on status of repairs. I have not had any issues with their repairs where I had to come back to address. Sam and the guys diagnosed it and originally recommended a bigger repair job, but since I'm planning to sell the car soon, I explained that I just needed a solid, reasonable fix so I could drive it safely and not pass problems to the next owner. They worked with me on the price and got it down to around $600 instead of the original estimate. After the first repair the check engine light came back almost immediately, which honestly stressed me out, but I texted Sam and he told me to bring it back the next morning. They took care of it without giving me a hard time, did additional work, and since then the car has been driving much smoother with no shaking and no check engine light. I can't personally verify every single thing that was replaced, but at the end of the day the problem got fixed and they backed the work with a 6 month / 2000 mile warranty, which gave me peace of mind. For me, that matters. Overall, good experience. Sam was easy to communicate with, the guys were fair with me, and they stood behind their work.

It turned out to be an easy fix so they took care of it on the spot, free of charge. They even insisted on cleaning up the little plastic bits that came off the window during the repair (even though I told them I could take care of it). Fingers crossed that I won't need to repair or replace any other windows soon, but if I do I'd definitely go back to Seattle Glass and Window.

After all the repairs were completed, I had Metropolitan Detail put another wrap around all the areas that had to be repaired or replaced. Made my 4Runner look like new again. In late December I accidently rubbed against a large yellow post with my front fender, in a tight parking lot. Lesson learned - do not park near any columns. In January I had Metropolitan Detail buff out the yellow paint and restore the right full fender flare. Since I did not have time to take it to Metropolitan Express beforehand, I was able to have it hand-washed at Metropolitan Detail during the same job. I picked it up on January 13th, and it looked like it just rolled off the show room at the Dealership, but only nicer. Metropolitan Detail does quality work and I continue to go back to them to help me keep my 4Runner in a super nice condition. Thank you, all for taking care of my 2024 4Runner.

Super big shout out to Imperial Auto Salon!! After buying my 2018 Lexus F Sport I knew I wanted to keep this vehicle for a very long time. First thought, Where do I start? I drive at least a 100 miles per day for work and wanted to fully protect my Lexus. After doing research I knew some sort of paint protection would be necessary. I know nothing about cars and so I needed a trusted auto salon to guide me. Imperial was honest, helpful, and quick. They educated me on the difference between paint protection and vinyl. The Xpel Clear Bra was the 100% perfect choice. Literally had a few scratches the first day I bought it and now, GONE! The clear bra self heals itself with any source of heat and I am amazed how perfect the paint looks. They also blacked out the chrome trim and added carbon fiber in the front. Jeff and staff are beyond accommodating, easy to talk to, no ego, trustworthy and knowledgeable. So far both vehicles (one RV and one work truck) I have brought in have exceeded my expectations at pick up time. They recently installed full PPF on our GR Corolla, and I'm still blown away by the attention to detail in the install. If you're looking for a reputable installer for PPF, ceramic, and tint, this shop is it! Not only do they do a phenomenal job on the install - their "post-install" support is the best I've experienced with any shop. The rental car is the icing on the cake and makes getting work done incredibly convenient.

We both want the issues resolved in a positive and professional manner, and I will continue to update this review as we progress. It's a real bummer that I'll likely be without my BMW for a month, but it's a reality I'm working to accept. I can see the owner making a genuine effort to make things right, which I greatly appreciate. Original Review, posted 9/30/25: I recently worked with The Paddock Film Works in Woodinville on a project for my BMW X7. The total cost was over $9,000, of which I paid a $2,000 deposit. The work remains incomplete, and after what was done, I raised concerns about the quality of the workmanship, the value received, and damage I believe occurred as a result of the work. I have since obtained a repair estimate from another shop exceeding $6,400 to address the issues I identified. I reached out to The Paddock by email, but the response I received did not address my concerns, and since then I have experienced a lack of communication from the company. At this time, my concerns remain unresolved, and I am still waiting for the company to meaningfully address them. I am posting this review to share my current experience so far and will update it once I know how The Paddock handles my dissatisfaction.
