He contacted us shortly after that they found a defect in one of the flares; they offered to fix it, but the flare company decided they'd send out a new one instead. Xtreme Motorsports was kind enough to house the flares until the new one arrived. Within a week, they were ready for pickup and looked great! We really appreciated the attention to detail the employees showed, the quick turn around, and Shaq's positive personality. I'd use their services again!

I almost did not call Brad's because they were in Seattle, plus they typically work on Mustang's and Corvette's. And I have a Durango. I called them, they said we will call you back , usually we don't work on Dodge. Shortly after they did call back, asked how soon I wanted it done, and said bring it on over now. It took them 1hour. Charged $300. When it was up on the lift , everything looked great, and sounds much better than my factory performance exhaust.

Kevin also took the time to demonstrate to me on the old part why it was time to replace the wheel and how we prevented damage to the engine be doing proactive maintenance. It's always reassuring to meet someone who is so excited about his craft that he is willing to explain all the inner workings of the engine and how each part is connected. I was in and out in a reasonable time and most importantly, I was not stranded whenever the part would eventually fail. I get all my oil changes done here now too because of the complimentary inspection that they do on the rest of the vehicle so I won't get any unexpected surprises.

This job took 1.5 days longer than anticipated and that could've just been addressed by being more conservative when telling me how long it may take. I thought it must be something old cars start happening to. But when I took it to the dealer to inspect, they noted it looked like it's been in an accident before and that the body shop put the seals on incorrectly and didn't seal any holes and that there were too many areas for them to repair themselves. Ended up having to sell the car since it's been a couple years of it never crossing my mind it could be an auto body shop's fault.

I had already purchased the grille myself, so all I needed was the labor for installation. As soon as I arrived, the front staff were incredibly friendly, and a technician came out to give me an estimate. He grabbed my VIN number, did some quick research, and walked me through the labor required for the service. The entire estimate process only took a few minutes. The original quote for replacing the grille was $270, and since I'm a student, I politely asked if there was any possibility of a student discount. He immediately knocked $40 off, bringing my total to about $230, which was amazing. He was very confident and clear about the work that would be done, and they even had availability within the next two days. I came back in on Wednesday, and the process took about three to four hours. I picked up my car a little later, and the new grille looks absolutely incredible. Overall, the staff were super friendly, and I loved how close the shop is to downtown Kirkland while still being tucked away in a quieter neighborhood. You definitely have to check this place out, it's an incredible spot. The team is welcoming, professional, and honestly, it feels like they can do just about anything here!

Mark came out to address our concerns with the paint not matching upon pick-up day, and he took it back to fix with polite can-do's, which really put us at ease. He even offered to replace the black reflector piece that got scratched (possibly during installation), and we really appreciate that gesture too. Second attempt paint match was much better, and it's like-new! They give you a paint sample for DIY touch-ups if you ever need it.
