There's a variety of sizes to choose from. Petite to plus size. If you are in between sizes it may be alittle bit of a struggle. There is no In house alterations. I've been here 2-3 times and had the champagne and cute interactive signs. I pick my top favs from 3 places but ultimately went with a dress from a different store. My friend did find her dress here. Gigi, the owner, was so lovely. She asked for my dress vision, then let me touch and look through every dress and pick about 5 options, then added what she thought I'd like. She helped me envision my dress to the perfect way -- with added off the shoulder sleeves, helped pin my dress in the front so I could see the back perfectly, added an underlayer to the dress so I could imagine it in ivory, bustled the dress, and more. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I had no idea what I wanted but came in with an open mind. The selection of gowns, veils, accessories and more is great. I looked through both the pre-owned dresses (donated) as well as designer samples (from other boutiques that are donated) and ended up with a sample dress. My wedding dress budget was $2500 and they told me (at that time) that none of their current dresses are over $1200 (though some have MSRP over that). My dress was 60% off MSRP. They have an option to hold the dress for a week for $50 (non refundable or goes toward purchase). I did this and then came back a few days later. There's a warm feeling knowing part of the proceeds go toward a good cause related to their mission. Truly sustainable luxury!

Not the best customer service at all. Even with our bride making an appointment for us to look at…read morebridesmaid dresses they left us on our own to browse. Once we found some gowns we liked to try they told us that none of them would come in the color we wanted and we left to search the pages of their magazine. Same issue happened and finally an employee pulled the dresses that would be able to be ordered in our color (wine). We did end up finding a dress that we all agreed on, at $260. It's a nice dress, but it's simple enough and definitely not worth that price tag. We bit the bullet and paid the bill and added rush fee since we are only a couple months out from the wedding. When I went back in to pick up my dress though, they broke my hanger in the process of getting my dress of the rack and then instead of getting a new one told me "it's okay" and sent me out the door! I paid almost $300 on a gown and you can't even give me a proper hanger for my dress? Not to mention after I got it home there wasn't an eye sewn in opposite the hook (the small hook and loop parts above the zipper). I will definitely not be giving them my money for the alterations it needs! And with my own wedding next year I will not be coming back here!

Just in case you live in Tucson and wanted to shop for a wedding dress. Stay away from #Thebridalshop off Speedway. A month ago I started planning a location to get a wedding dress. I wanted to have a local company and not give the "Big Names" a client because they do well without me. So, in my searching I found a place called "The Bridal Shop". I looked at their dresses online and thought what a perfect place. It looked cute and small and the dresses were amazing online so I booked the appointment. When I called and booked a man answered and the only thing he said was, yes we can get you in , "what is your size " . I told him , a 10 or 12. So a couple days before the appointment I called and asked if we can bring champagne and he said , yes. We didn't want to get "loaded" just cheers to finding "the dress". When we showed up the place was dirty, smelled and he was the only one on staff. I asked him who would help me get dressed and he replied, your brides maids. Then I asked are these dresses your only selection and he said, yes we only carry size 8. I said, well I called and told you I was a size 10 to 12. He said, well I can't help you. We ended up at Laura's Bridal and they were amazing. I also, wrote a review for the Bridal Shop. This is their response. Horrible, stay away! #thebridalshop

Price range: I picked up dresses that ranged from 1k to 2.5k. However, I was able to get a small discount on my dress. Variety: there's nice variety of mermaid dresses or your bigger ballroom gowns. There was a surplus of dresses. Size: since my dress was on sale it was the tiniest available but I fell in love. They were able to order me a dress in my size for around 170. The 170 isn't refundable but will go to your dress if you purchased it. So I went with it. Alterations: I came back after a few months alittle nervous about how much the alterations would cost. We had to taken the dress in twice and that came out to 135. Throughly thankful for the experience
