When I entered the store, the employees smiled. When I asked them to alter my jacket, one employee rolled her eyes and her body language expressed irritation and discontent. I told her I could go somewhere else if they didn't want to do it, but another employee said they can do it. The employee who said they could do it, quoted me a price and she looked at the other employee. The other employee shook her head and said, "It's too late now." It took them 4 weeks to complete the job. When I got the jacket back, it still did not fit me. $130 alteration for nothing. I am so disappointed in this company. read more

Alterations has really become a lost art. Some of the best alterations I've ever received have been here. Awesome, Tailor, great service.

I went in to get my prom dress altered; I wanted the dress hemmed, the straps sewn on, and the neckline needed a simple modification. When we initially brought the dress in they said in two weeks it would be ready, so we came back two weeks later. The dress was hemmed, though the neckline and straps remained untouched. I presented the issue and they said "We're sorry, give us another week" at this point we were cutting it very close to prom. In a week we came back, the neckline was altered, but still the straps were not sewn in. Again they apologized and said it would be ready in two days. Finally the dress was ready, thought the alterations looked rushed and scrappy. For this terrible experience we paid $300. read more

Writing this more for your information as when you search for leather repair this location pops up. They will do minor shoe repair only if it "cloth" material. They do NOT work on anything leather. I hate giving bad reviews but I had a terrible experience here. I took 2 dresses in to be taken in. When I go to pick them up one has a button dangling off to the side and the other has the inside seem ripped. I needed them so I had to try to fix what they broke. What a rip off when they charge so much to do the alteration! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else! read more

Oh my goodness, Ms. Kim is a magician! I took a bridesmaid's dress to her that needed to be let out, and she did it in a little over a day. And for the BEST price. Very disappointed. I paid $500 for my daughter's dress. It had many straps in the back....they were to remove one of them. I urged them to mark that strap so they could remember. They did not. I returned to find they removed the wrong strap and now the dress gaps. They insist they removed the correct strap, so I guess I'm stuck. read more
