Debbie was so amazing and helpful throughout the whole process. She's so experienced and CALM!! She was always one step ahead and thought of all the details that would have never crossed my mind. But the magic of Rita is that I didn't have to deal with any of it. She handled every single thing behind the scenes with such calm confidence and grace that I genuinely got to live in the moment and enjoy my day without a single worry. She didn't just coordinate, she protected my peace. Every detail was handled, every issue was solved before I even knew it existed. She's resourceful, incredibly organized, and somehow manages to make the impossible look effortless. The follow-through sold me. Texting back immediately and I never felt I was bothering her. The 3 assistants she brought to my wedding were personable and respectful, very important to me. She dresses beautifully and fits into the party. Plus she saves me money. My dance floor and decals were high from my vendor and she found it 50% less! Her communication with vendors was impeccable, I wasn't worried the cake wouldn't be delivered! But the best part, she has exquisite taste! I wanted glamour and we put pearls in the centerpieces and candies. I hated the ugly elevator to go into venue and she put a glamourous red carpet look for cheap,, the venue already had the red ropes! But let's talk draping , AMAZING! She worked with them all day Friday set up, to make our dream come true, our party was on Sunday, and the venue event person there they have never seen it done so well, the whole thing! She also has reasonable printing source for you menus escort cards etc. We will be using Events Boutique at our next daughter's wedding.

The quick review: highly recommend because of Brin. Our wedding could not have turned out the way it did without her. And our experience planning, as well as our experience on the day of, could not have been what it was without her. We love you Brin! The long review: it's hard to find someone to trust for such a huge day, but we absolutely made the right decision with OBSE. Specifically Brin. Right from the start her vibe and personality meshed well with us. She and OBSE were also accommodating in adjusting our pricing based on what we needed and didn't need (for example, we already landed on a venue and caterer, so wouldn't need help with that). Brin was super organized and we were provided with timelines and checklists- as someone who needs this in my everyday life, this was extremely helpful. It was easy to get in touch with Brin and she did all the heavy lifting reaching out and sourcing vendors for us. We also regularly did meetings as needed. Leading up 2-3months out from the wedding day, I was procrastinating rather horribly and Brin was SO patient but also SO helpful on checking in and keeping us on track with what needed to be done. And then when the wedding was around the corner, she put together very detailed timelines for the day and for the wedding party, she organized the entire processional seamlessly, guided rehearsal day perfectly, coordinated with all our vendors (I know perfectly because I think we barely even saw or heard anything related to that), and set everything up exactly as envisioned the day of. I woke up without a worry that day and Brin kept it worry free all the way through! She had an amazing emergency box prepped for the wedding party, kept things on schedule, packed up our personal items/gifts and placed it in our shuttle home after, and handled wrapping up and cleaning up with our other vendors. We truly did not have to think and could just enjoy our day! She even did a post mortem with us, which I really appreciated. Brin is the best!

Since our venue did not provide any services, we hired all of our own vendors. 3LB was essential in ensuring everyone was coordinated and in place on the wedding day. Additionally, because we used their rental equipment, their staff ensured everything was set up exactly according to our instructions. I want to specifically highlight our wedding day coordinator, Jennifer. She was terrific and served as a calming influence throughout the day, ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. I cannot recommend Three Little Birds enough. To anyone considering their services: do yourself a favor and hire this team; you won't be disappointed.

    We had an unbelievably disappointing experience with 3 Little Birds for our chairs and linens…read morerentals during a corporate event. The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

Amber was very instrumental with our art deco theme ideas designing our invitation card, save the date cards, and using old luggage as part of our theme. Our wedding went off without a hitch. There were no problems with any of the vendors and they all knew what they had to do and at what time. All thanks to Amber and her amazing managerial skills and timeline mastery. We got what we wanted, to spend our wedding day with friends and family that we love stress free and most importantly smiling throughout the night celebrating our special day. From being always available, to providing suggestions and insight into timeline, and coordinating everything so well the day of, their team is simply the best. I admire their passion for planning and it was so incredible working with them. I worked with Paola and Sandra directly and Sandra was there day of. Paola and Sandra are very experienced, professional, and kind. Both were actively involved in the planning process. I'm extremely type A and it's hard for me to trust people to take over (especially when I knew it was one of the most important days in my life) and take on tasks, but I trusted them 100%. To start off, they have a lot of experience working at Terannea, which made things a lot easier for us and helped things run smoothly. Moreover, the vendors I selected knew of Paola and Sandra and their team and I admired their good reputation in the wedding industry. Knowing what I know now, it would have been easier for me to have hired them as full on planning instead of day of coordination just because they're so good at what they do that I really trust every decision they make. I keep getting comments from my family and friends that the wedding was one of the best they've been to. Moreover I've received many comments specifically from my bridal party and close family about the incredible planning team keeping the day so smooth and on track. They have a capacity of up to just shy of 200 people, easy layout, friendly staff and seem super accommodating - With a huge fridge for storing food, large stage, nice acoustics, speaker system, lighting, restrooms and lots of space. It definitely always feels smaller from the outside on the corner of Kester Avenue and Camarillo, but you'll be surprised. And being inside of a neighborhood makes parking for guests/attendees really tricky for a big gathering, but not impossible. They do have a parking lot next to the Banquet Hall and it can hold a good number of cars I feel like it's around 30 or so comfortable factoring in if everyone is leaving around the same time and that the majority of parking spots are facing one direction. Their prices vary depending on dates as well as the number of guest. Being such a small private venue with limited advertising or media I'd like to see them do as well as they were doing before 2020. You can spot their numbers on their banners when passing by (Hall for Rent) and pretty much call anytime of day.
