It was adorable and I can only imagine what they do with this shop come the holiday season. Cannot wait to stop back in and keep adding to my evergrowing leafy collection.

Everyone has different perspectives and I would never want to hurt a business based on my feelings or praise a businesses for operating appropriately because that's what they are expected to do, that's the service we pay for. Business owners should take pride in their work and the services provided. I'll let their work speak for itself (see pictures). They are a nice family but nice doesn't get the job done and I can't do anything with apologies every week especially while they have my riding tracker in exchange for their services. I did that for them so they could help the community. There is a constant lack of; communication, consideration, scheduling, and the quality of service is highly neglected. As a last attempt, I was promised they would be here this morning (Monday 7/14) to make it right. It's 12 PM while composing this msg. The last grass cutting was on 6/20, the last communication was on 7/11. I tried giving one last chance before writing this review but I am done waiting and will no longer recommend them due to everything transpiring. It should not be this difficult especially for service already agreed upon and paid for.

He came out to see the job and gave me a free estimate, which was very reasonable. He also gave me the contact info for another company who could do parts of my job that he was unable to do. Kenneth did my job over three days (which we planned together) and was punctual each day. He completed the job on schedule and it turned out very nicely. The level of customer service was unmatched. He gave us an extremely fair estimate to replace the window well and regrade the area around it to stop the leak into the window. That was on a Thursday, and he did the work on Tuesday. He was like a ninja, we never even saw him! One of the best customer service experiences that we've had lately. 10 out of 10 quality service and we will definitely use them for anything future within the world of landscaping. We've gotten a patio with plantings and two shade trees through Rutgers. They are a little more…read moreexpensive than their competitors which we knew, but we loved the whole experience of the design and thought they were very professional. The reason why I wouldn't recommend this company is the quality of their support is subpar. Many of the plantings died within the first year even though they get watered daily. The trees don't grow, whereas trees we bought from other landscaping companies in the area are already taller than our house. The patio has loose pavers and the low voltage lighting doesn't work everywhere. Some lights work, others don't. When I asked about the lights, they said it's a supplier issue from China, however they've installed other patios in our neighborhood with lights. I guess it's only a supplier issue for warranty issues and not new installs. The issue with the loose pavers however is the reason I'm writing this review. When I called to asked them to come out and take a look, they told me they can't take support calls like this over the phone instead I would need to email them. I don't understand how a company that I paid thousands of dollars to for a patio won't talk to me on the phone. I now have to wait days for a reply via email. Ridiculous Also, they are going to reply to this review asking me to call them and speak to management. That's a waste of time as when I call the person on the phone will say "send us an email". Terrible.
