Everyone has different perspectives and I would never want to hurt a business based on my feelings or praise a businesses for operating appropriately because that's what they are expected to do, that's the service we pay for. Business owners should take pride in their work and the services provided. I'll let their work speak for itself (see pictures). They are a nice family but nice doesn't get the job done and I can't do anything with apologies every week especially while they have my riding tracker in exchange for their services. I did that for them so they could help the community. There is a constant lack of; communication, consideration, scheduling, and the quality of service is highly neglected. As a last attempt, I was promised they would be here this morning (Monday 7/14) to make it right. It's 12 PM while composing this msg. The last grass cutting was on 6/20, the last communication was on 7/11. I tried giving one last chance before writing this review but I am done waiting and will no longer recommend them due to everything transpiring. It should not be this difficult especially for service already agreed upon and paid for.

Family run, well established local business. Came out and assessed our (unfinished) basement water…read moreproblem. Suggested a French drain along the wall where the water was seeping in and a sump pump in that corner as well. This was definitely a minimalist approach compared to the two other companies wanting to install multiple pumps in areas of the basement we did not have a water problem and additional measures not sure were warranted. Before the work began, we were alerted that there would be alot of concrete dust and we took measures to cover most things on that end of the cellar. The work was completed in a few hours by workmen who did their best to keep the dust down to a minimum. Once the work was completed, we were advised to contact them if any problem arose. All was good for over a year with no water seepage issues. After one particular long stretch of rainy weather we did get some water not going into the pump and leaking onto the floor. We contacted the office. Paul came out to evaluate and sent one of the workmen to remediate. We wished we had contacted Pennacchi sooner to take care of the water problem. We feel their solution was exactly what was needed for out particular case and it was money well spent. We are very happy and would (and have!) recommended them to others.

A few times I was told I would get a call Friday about starting but didn't. During June I inquired about a quote to recoat our pool deck. I received a quote but declined due to the additional cost. I asked to continue the initial agreement. At the end of June I called to alert them that construction that was about to begin on my deck. At the end of July, I made contact again to asked about a start date and to inquire about painting/staining our small brick facade. Paul came by to discuss and I agreed to leave it at power washing the stains and re-pointing the most critical areas of brick. I agreed verbally to pay 5,000 not really understanding what was involved with the brick. Finally workers arrive in August and did a very good job on my chimney. The power washing did not remove the brick stains and re-pointing was minimal. It took one man 2 or possibly 3 hours and I felt I didn't get much for the additional $800.
