The level of customer service was unmatched. He gave us an extremely fair estimate to replace the window well and regrade the area around it to stop the leak into the window. That was on a Thursday, and he did the work on Tuesday. He was like a ninja, we never even saw him! The second did not secure the wall properly with "deadmen" attachments but rather spikes in the ground, and it has since buckled, as has the fence above which had the wall nailed to its posts. He never confirmed the day that he would return and showed up to a locked back gate and jumped our fence without asking. I had to leave work early to come home to unlock to the gate. When all was said and done, the flower beds were clean and everything looked nice. However, barely a month later the weeds came back with a vengeance. When I contacted Bryan he never answered, so I contacted the main office and got a response that, weed prevention lasts up to 3 months and the humidity is a factor, but why did we pay over $500 for nothing?
