We purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator in Jun 2023 with an extended warranty the ice maker went out the first week of February and they have been out three times and it's still not repaired. I'm very disappointed in the service we have received. Why sell a warranty if you cannot fulfill service requests. I ordered a proform excercise bike on August 31st from the Best Buy in Mansfield. I spent about 900 t and paid for delivery and set up. (An additional 100+)The earliest they could deliver and set up was Sept 8th between 12-8. On Sept. 8 th, I received a text message at 4:40 pm that they may need to reschedule for the next day because the store closes at 6 now because of COVID and they didn't have time. They said they had another person so they would deliver my item at 10 am the next day. Asked if I could be home. I said no because I paid over 130 to have it delivered. They came and set it up, after I told them it was not my problem that the store overbooked them. I wake up excited to ride my new bike and use iFit. Nope! The pedals barely moved and when it did it sounded like metal scraping against metal. So I text the installer and he says he would try to come by. I call the store and was on hold for 2 hrs before speaking to someone who transferred me to another rep. The rep told me I would need to send the bike back to proform! Since I did not buy Best Buy's warranty. I just received the bike less than 24 hours prior. I said NO! Someone needs to come and fix it. It obviously wasn't set up right. She schedules an appointment for SATURDAY! I am pissed. I am going to return the bike and take my business elsewhere! This is horrible customer service. I wish I could post video so that you could here the noise! It's horrid! Update: (9.10.2020) I called the original installers myself. They came this morning to fix. (They were nice) However, learned that the equipment was damaged. They took the bike and I have to speak to Best Buy to get new bike. They also left a huge blood stain on my new carpet from cutting his finger on the faulty bike. I have been on hold since I have To been on hold for hour and half. Two reps have transferred me, the last one hung up. I sent you an inbox. Your company has my money and I don't have an excercise bike and can not even get someone on the phone! Update: I spoke with a store rep in Mansfield and they can't deliver the bike until the 17th now. I asked if they could deliver on Saturday since I already have an appointment to repair the other bike, but now it's gone. The store said to call Geek Squad, Geek squad said call the store. The store manager said there are bikes in the warehouse but they could not deliver earlier, but I could possibly get Geek squad to do it I just need to call them. I called geek squad, they said they were out of the bikes and even though they could come on Saturday they didn't have a bike to deliver. This was an additional two hours on the phone. I want the bike by Saturday. I want Best Buy to pay for my carpet to be cleaned. I would like my time back but I know I can't get that. If I do not get a response from them I will just cancel the order and take my business elsewhere and still want my carpet cleaned if this blood stain does not come up. read more

I couldn't believe when I saw the reviews for this location. I have purchased several large items from Best Buy in Mansfield and always have had awesome customer service. When I purchased my last TV, after it was delivered, I decided it was too small for the space. All it took was one phone call and they had the geek squad come out and replace it with a bigger TV and they took the other one back no issues. The sales people within the store are always very friendly. I've never had an issue and found them to be quote knowledgeable. I couldn't find my reward certificate so the manager looked it up for me and took it off my purchase. read more

But our experience has been good, great customer service from the moment you walk in the door. We have been helped by a gentleman named Ted. I'm not sure what kind of a Manager or title he might have. He is very, very sweet and helpful to any problems or concerns we have had during any purchases and returns. I love this location also because it's down the street from our place, and it's never as pack like the other close location by the mall.. I purchased a gaming system online a day after black Friday (wasn't trying to be in the mad mob on Thanksgiving). I recieved confirmation that my order was ready to be picked up and got to the Mansfield store late that evening 12 hours later.(still hoping to miss the crowds) I was able to walk right up to the online order desk and gave the attendant my order number. And that's when it started...he and several other employees couldn't find my order. After enduring 25 minutes of other shoppers getting their stuff and employees scrambling to find out what happened... Joshua, the warehouse manager came through and saved the day! We've always had a good experience with this Best Buy. The employees go out of their way to help. We came here today, as yesterday went to the Waxahachie Best Buy, and didn't get the answers needed. The gentleman at the Customer answered all of our questions, and had done everything he could for us. Then, we went to the TV's, we asked questions about the Fire-stick. I was in the store a while, looking to upgrade my phone, I was helped by a taller white gentleman, i think his name was Adam or something along those lines. He was so well informed and new exactly what i was looking for without me being able to describe it to him. It was clear that he wasn't interested in just trying to sell me whatever was the most expensive but actually trying to find something that I would like and be able to use. He was very sharp and knew exactly what questions to ask to find the perfect match for me. Same with the younger Hispanic man that worked at the counter with him. He did a excellent job at helping others and answering any questions i had when Adam had to help others. It was really busy that day but they both handled it like champs! Another time I went into the store to buy one of those FitBit watches and a pair of headphones. Unfortunately at the time, the model and colour i wanted for the FitBit was not in stock. I was planning on just getting the headphones and going on my way but as I was checking out, one of the cashiers (can't remember his name, younger black boy) started making small talk and i told him about what happened. The store wasn't busy at the time so he stopped what he was doing just to help me find what i exactly wanted and ordered it for me so it would be sent straight to my house! Other stores i have been to would just not even bother to help. He was friendly, constantly had a smile on his face and I'm pretty sure i saw him dancing a few times while I was shopping. Guys like these two men are what makes Best Buy my go-to company for nearly anything that i know they sell. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs somewhere to shop for electronics. The new management has really turned this place around on its head. The one flaw I honestly have with this Best Buy is that their stock is so limited compared to some of the other locations, its a smaller store to be fair but I have been sent to other stores to pick up products because they didn't have it in stock at the time. read more

When I went to the store the salesperson told me they don't have in stock but they can order it from a different store and it will arrive in 2 days. I go in for an online pick, then they tell me to wait 10 15 minutes only for them to tell me, it's not in stock and it's being shipped they have no idea when it's coming at all and just leave me with that. I come to the BB because it's nicer than the one in Arlington but the employees here are awful. Any time we've come here we've been warmly welcomed with terrible employees. Whether it's a simple question, needing knowledge on a product, or needing a recommendation the interactions are all bad. Well - not all. The employees in the cell phone department are nice. Computers, printers, cashiers, tv, all bad. Drive a little further to another BB unless you know exactly what you need and don't plan on interacting with anyone. read more

This Best Buy sucks. Well, all Best Buys do, but that's beside the point. I ordered a computer processor on Monday for in store pick up. When I ordered, it told me it would be ready on Thursday. I sat and watched it do absolutely nothing in a limbo state. It did absolutely nothing, even on Thursday. So on Thursday afternoon, I noticed they now showed one in stock. So I ordered another one for in store pickup that would be available in 1 hour. Sure enough, 20 minutes later, that order was filled and ready to be picked up. My original order was never fulfilled and just left open and the store now showed none in stock. Needless to say, I canceled the original order. But seriously? What a joke. I just tried to return an unopened item that I purchased before Christmas. It was only a $40 item, but I was told that they would not accept the return even though I had the receipt. I am very dissatisfied with this experience. I don't care what their policy is for returns. I was 2 days past the return time frame. I consider this a poor judgement call on the managers part. Walked in on a weekday when there were very few customers in the store. Maybe 8-10 in the entire building. My husband and I were both wearing masks, but when we were no where near anyone else and were looking at a display, my husband pulled his mask down from his nose so he could breathe better. An associate came to about 12 feet away from us and asked if we needed help, we said no. He then instructed my husband to put his mask over his nose. We walked out and won't be shopping at Best Buy any longer. This has gone too far. I had to go with the return option but he then stated he cannot refund my money because it's over $500 threshold??? They can only send me a check with will take up to 10 BUSINESS DAYS.!! Asked to speak to manager, Myrna, and got the same answer from her! Now my son will have no access to online studying. This is clearly inconvenient for the customers! Awful customer service! Took my daughters iPhone to Greek Squad to get her cracked screen fixed. We have Apple Care but since all the Apple stores are closed we had to take it here. Took it up there on Sunday, September 27th, and we were told to come back Tuesday before 3pm because they needed to order the part. We can't get there before 3pm because she has her phone while at school so we went back today, Sunday, October 4th. Dropped the phone off at 12:30pm and they said it would take 2-3 hours. At 3:30pm I called to get the status and they told me it would be ready in 1 hour tops. Go to pickup her iPhone at 5pm and they tell we would have to come back another day because Apple was down so they could not do the repair. Terrible customer service since I called at 3:30pm and was told it would be ready in an hour. Extremely inconvenient! I'm pretty sure they used the part on another customers phone and gave me a BS story. read more

Every time I come into this location without fail they sell me the wrong items to go with whatever it is I'm purchasing. So then I end up making multiple trips to try to get everything working right. Awesome customer service. I realized that earlier today I was charged full price for an item that Best Buy had advertised in the store to be on sale. I came back to the store, took a picture of the price tag that they advertised and compared it with my receipt to the customer service associate. He was very understanding and promptly refunded me to the correct charge and to go even further, he price matched another item that I paid for that was advertised to be cheaper on Amazon! Everyone on the floor to check lanes seemed pretty friendly. If someone dosen't help you right away don't be discouraged from asking as this is retail and everyone gets really busy!
