On Tuesday May 7th around 5:50 pm I brought my iphone in to be repaired after being recommended by a nearby AT&T store. The manager told me that he would run a 5 minute diagnostics test through Apple. After he completed that diagnostics he informed me that he ran his own diagnostics test and it would be about 30 minutes so come back. He asked me for my password on a piece of paper and told me to go. I was reluctant to leave so I went to the parking lot. Little did the manager know I had my airpods connected to my phone still and I could hear him going through my phone. He had gone into my hidden photos and videos. I ran back in the store to get my phone and the other employee could not find my phone anywhere in the back or in the front. The manager quickly stopped watching the videos and came out of the bathroom with my phone. I tried to confront him about it and he was shocked. I called the police and they now have on record that the incident took place. I am writing this to warn other people that this man has possibly done this to other people. I was able to catch him in the act but I feel bad for the people who probably don't have any knowledge that he could have violated their privacy. The owner of the store stuck up for him too. Let me start off by saying this review will not end in just a review. I have emailed corporate , and made a formal complaint about how disgusting my experience was with this location and company overall. We dropped my fiancés PS4 off on 9/17/22 and were told it may take a few days to get this back. System wasn't connecting with the controller and seemed to be over heating. We have kept the system very clean just don't use it often due to work etc. We advised that this was fine not knowing that after we dropped it off with the technician it would then not be seen for nearly 2 weeks. After not hearing from anyone for 5 days we call that following Friday and we're told it was in Waxachaie,TX. When we were never informed it would be traveling around Texas or leaving the location we dropped it off at in Arlington heights.We find out that it's still not ready due to "stress tests" and that we would get a call back Sunday for an update. We asked when it was projected to be ready we're told latest that following Monday. We heard nothing so we physically go to the location we're we are told that it's not ready and not even at the location we dropped it off at. Before leaving were told it may be a fan issue needs a few more days we would receive a call by Wednesday. Well that never happened I call Friday to see what's the status and was told needs a few more days once again because of "stress testing". Was told by the next few days it would be ready by 9/26. Still wasn't ready no one reached out I had to call when I was yelled at and told that we need to be more patient. I advised them we would not be reaching out for a updated status if someone would hold their word and actually provide updated status after a few days like promised. I'm told by Saturday system would be ready for 10/1 pickup. That they would call us. So I give a courtesy call because I was going to be in the area and it was past 2pm at this point and no contact had been made. I reach out when the same dude tech by the name of Jacob decides to vocally abuse me and tell me that we were never given a specific time the system would be done. My fiancé decided that was enough and we went to the location and asked for the system back. We're told that it would be at another location by 10/2. Well we pick it up 40 mins away on 10/5 and we're advised that it was no charge for all the trouble. But the system was good to go. The system looked nothing like when we dropped it off. Scratched scuffs you name it on the system. Here we are on 10/12 after a few days and guess what the same problems we had in the beginning are back. There was clearly nothing fixed with the system and this is truly why we weren't charged. I would not recommend this company to anyone especially not the Arlington heights location. Everyone lied and I do mean everyone lied and twisted the truth. Held the system longer than advised didn't fix anything and the system we got looks very different than what we dropped off. We are very clean pristine people this system had no food marks expect a few surface scratches from having the system so long now there is debris that was never there before big HUGE scuffs. Very disappointing and disgusted. Clearly there are boys giving them 5 stars ! read more

I had my PlayStation have a corrupted drive and they fixed that problem. My hardrive acted up Later the following week and these guys took it in amad was covered by the warranty they assured me. These guys repaired my PlayStation to brand new and now I'm having no issues at all. Even if I did these guys really extremely helpful that they said just bring it up there if anything else goes wrong. I built a good relationship with these guys and they even fixed my iPhone before . They are very considerate and I am extremely happy. They've fixed my PlayStation 4 , 3 times and I recommend this place to everyone! read more

I recommend taking your phone to the Apple store rather than any location owned by Steven. I brought my sons phone to the Arlington location and Steven (owner) repaired the phone. I brought the phone home and my son stated the rear camera no longer worked. I call Steven the same day and he stated when you can bring the phone back in. He may have forgotten to attach something? I said okay great. My son brought the phone back to them. They told him they would get with Steven and he would call me back. Steven had one of his employees call 3 days later and stated the camera is bad and they need to charge an additional $150 to repair it. I was surprised as I have taken phones to this store for years and in the past and recommended them as well. This is the first time I have ever left a review and shocked that I have to. I am not stating all of the employees need additional training but the owner Steven could definitely use some continuing education courses! read more

Their prices are SUPER high and put cheap screens on your phone. They took hours to replace a screen. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Instead go to other little phone repair shops where it's cheaper and better screen quality. read more

I had paid for insurance through my carrier, but was told that no parts were available for my four year old HTC ONE (that I loved). Faced with a $125 deductible and another phone, that I did not want, I sought other options. CPR ordered the parts (which took a few days) and not only replaced my screen but also the back camera lens cover for just a little more that my deductible was going to be. Now it's like new. I can't brag enough about this place. We almost sold my sons Ps4 and went to CPR waxahachie. Girl told us Arlington could probably fix our issue. We drove to Arlington this evening and told the guy what our issue was. We thought the hard drive was messed up etc. He told us he would probably call us the next day with results. He called us within an hour had already fixed it and advised us it crashed due to not being updated. He could have easily lied and got more money out of us. Instead he was honest and fast about fixing it. This will be our go to place from now on. Fast/ Honest people here!!! read more

If I could give them less than 1 star I would! I took my laptop in & they said I had to order a part & it would take 4 days to come in & after it comes it's only going to take less than an hour to fix. Fine, I thought I can do that. At the end of 4 days, I received no call, no email, no tracking number for the part I spent $320 on. So I called to check progress, my part HAD NOT been ordered when I went to the store & PAID. They had only ordered 2 days later, so I had to wait ANOTHER 4 days. Once again, no tracking number, no call, no email, no nothing. I was told they think it would be in Saturday & they would call me then. Saturday has come & gone, no call, no email or anything else! Today is Sunday & they are open but not answering the phone. I would NEVER recommend ANYONE to take anything here to be fixed. They are unorganized, unprofessional & flat out procrastinate in fixing your item. I went into the store on Monday, my part STILL wasn't in & I was instructed I could wait ANOTHER 5 days!!!! I promptly requested a refund to be done w/ this business!! read more

Do not use this place. No customer service. They could care less it they get your business. Took a gaming console in for repair. They said it would be done in a week. Over a month later I went into check on it. They said it was sent another store. Drove 20 miles to pick it up. Got home, and it still was not working. Took my phone for 30 minutes to tell me it had an issue I had already addressed. After that they told me they did not have the parts to repair my phone. Lady said I was being ridiculous when she should've have just let me know they didn't have the part in the first place.
