I was immediately greeted by a very kind gentleman named Michael. He was very kind, accommodating, a true gentleman and worked his butt off to give me a clear screen. Initially, the first two times, the screen covers were not cooperating but he made sure to let me know and third time's a charm, so it turned out perfect the third time. He has so much attention to detail and even there was a small mark that was barely noticeable but overall, it was great for me! Took my iwatch to get a new protector as the ends after a year or so tend to turn up. I was told right away that he would be with me shortly. He was assisting another customer. When he was done I showed him I needed a new film over the face of my iwatch. He showed me a better cover, said the fit was better and it just looked clearer than my other one. This place is legit, I love this place. I've purchased an invisible shield for my iPhone and it has saved my screen many times. I've dropped my phone, landed on the screen onto a small rock, which cracked the protector, and they replaced it for $9 one time which includes professional installation (simply give them back the cracked protector). I've scratched/cracked the protector multiple times by having my phone in my pocket alongside my keys - I've replaced it for $9 one-time (simply give them back the cracked protector) MANY TIMES has the protector saved my screen, and each time Zagg Invisible Shield located at the victoria gardens mall (center of the mall) has been there for me. I have been coming here for years. I recommend friends and relatives to this kiosk. We get new Zagg phone shields and replace them if we drop our phones. I just left really mad at the girl that was working there that had high waisted faded jeans and a black top showing her belly button and black army looking heeled boots. She argued with me that my phone upgrade was ineligible for the shield replacement since I had upgraded my phone. I have upgraded my phone at the apple store and brought over the cracked shield I took off to replace on my new phone warranty. NEVER a problem and I know my sister has done the same. She just kept repeating that they don't do that and I said u have many times so what's the issues. And she kept repeating herself. This kiosk is just outside bed bath and beyond store. When I purchased my iPad from AT&T at Victoria Gardens they told me to go over to this Kiosk to have a protective cover put on my iPad. The "shield" started to peel after three months and it made the iPad look very trashy and dirty. I paid $38!! For this stupid piece of plastic "shield" I took the unit back and got all kinds of excuses and feedback from the employees... "only warranted for two weeks?!?!" Etc etc. but, the bottom line was they would NOT replace it for free, they charged me another $8! DO NOT put this "shield" on your phones or iPads as it will peel and look horrible in a matter of months! It's a waste of money! If I could give zero stars I would. Tried to go get a replacement for my iPhone, I originally purchased it at Verizon. They put me through such scrutiny just to tell me that it wasn't their product because the cut outs were different. We tried to explain that it was dropped and chipped, that's why it lifted. Manager wouldn't help us either, same lame story. Came home, found my receipt, it is INDEED their product. Luckily for me I had registered it. Went online, ordered a replacement, $6 for shipping. They wanted $15... moral of the story, don't go there, waste of time and not helpful at all. Mind you, the 2 people ahead of us, zero scrutiny and he replaced them immediately.
