I don't remember his name, but I told him I was looking for a specific model, wanted to confirm the online price, and was hoping to see it on display. He went over to another associate who was already helping a customer and patiently waited to ask about it while I continued browsing other laptops. A few moments later, he brought the associate over, who checked the inventory and pricing. He explained that the laptop wasn't in stock anywhere and initially thought it might have been a clearance item because of the red price. As we continued discussing other options, the first gentleman took the time to ask what I actually needed the laptop for. Once I explained it would mainly be used for basic tasks and schoolwork, he recommended several alternatives. They were all solid suggestions, but most were newer models with higher specs than I really needed. Shortly after, another employee, Youssef, came over to help. He double-checked the SKU and clarified that the laptop wasn't discontinued at all, it was simply on sale, and that sale was ending in about five days. He helped me place the order and was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. What stood out most was that he wasn't pushy. He mentioned the protection plan, Microsoft Office, and the store credit card once, but after I declined, he moved on without any pressure. That made the experience feel genuine and customer-focused. I brought Joseph two Canon R6 camera bodies, one that I normally use with my 24-70mm and the other with my 70-200mm. Both cameras had loose hot shoe mounts, which was causing my flashes to lose connection. I was having to physically hold the flash down just to get it to fire. As you can imagine, trying to hold a flash down while zooming, shooting, and working a live event made my job extremely difficult, and I was getting dark images whenever the flash lost connection. I found Joseph through Google, explained my situation, and told him how important these cameras are to my business and that I needed them back ASAP. Joseph came through big time. He took care of BOTH cameras and had them fixed within a matter of hours, the SAME DAY. Beyond the repair itself, what stood out to me was how Joseph treated me.
