    I really don't go yo Best Buy, but this location is just OK. The best thing about this Best Buy is that the customer service is exceptional but today when I went in, I was kind of disappointed because I wanted to buy a universal-c car charger, and for some reason, the charger that I wanted was grouped with other universal charges that said $8.99 that was reduced. However, the seller associates and I believe one of them was a manager did not let me take the price of $8.99. I didn't like that so I said never mind. Usually when you have good Customer Service, they will let the customer get the price that it was in the same area even though it was a mistake. Anyways, this location is never really busy like how it used to be. I guess because of how the world has changed now, but they are fully stock with a lot of appliances and electronics. I will only come here cause it's only for convenience or if I need something quick. But after today, it did make me feel some type of way with the customer service. They do have good deals, but online sometimes is much better. -Marshay D.

    This location is just ok. You have to wait a long time to see someone due to a shortage of staff. Prices are overpriced but they have a decent amount of selection for computers, refrigerators, stoves and technology stuff, etc., easy parking. I went inside to purchase a charger and had to wait 15 minutes in line. Note: Lines move slowly.

    They are always well stocked. The selection is great. Value-wise, for a brick and mortar store, they're pretty good. The service is just ok but that's because most specialists are already helping others. If you do ask for help, they are polite, kind, courteous and do help you out, though. I've been coming to this location either to pick up stuff I've bought online or just to buy things they may have in stock and 9/10 I leave with what I need.

    I literally spent several months looking for the perfect sofa. I'm very particular about what I…read morelike- Especially for a sofa since I'll spend so much time in it. I went into Sofa U Love once and eventually circled back around and gave them a shot. I mean, if you can't find what you're looking for, just have someone custom make it right? I was initially a little apprehensive because I never ordered a custom sofa before and didn't know how that would go. Check some stuff out in person, order it, but what if it arrives and it's not the same or I don't like it ect? There's something to sitting on the actual thing you're buying, so it made me a little nervous. But I loved everything about the place and the customer service was top notch so I decided to give it a shot and boy was I happy I did. First of all, their customer service is amazing. Second of all, you can customize just about anything. Third of all, down the line, you can have them alter or adjust anything you want. Like, if there's any issue down the road, they can fix it. If you decide you want to change the fabric to do different color, they can do that. How many sofa places do you know that offer that? When you order from them, you basically have a sofa partner for life if you want/need it. There's some real peace of mind there. And ps, the price isn't that bad for a sofa in general and these are custom high quality sofas that will last 15+ years. Good luck finding a better deal. Ya get what ya pay for. And you pay extra for custom work, although, if you compare custom sofa shops, their prices are extremely competitive. I'd post the price, but it's a bit irrelevant since it depends on what you need. I worked with Shelly the whole time and the experience was amazing from start to finish. She's very friendly, actually puts the customer first (which is rare these days), and is very smart. I wanted to get a 96" sofa and knowing I lived in Pasadena she recommended that I double check the elevator height first. I did, and whoops, the sofa wouldn't have fit haha. I measured it for the stairs and figured out a new length. I asked Shelly what would happen if I measured wrong and it didn't fit up the stairs and I can't get it in my place and she said no problem, we'll re-measure, bring it back to the factory and trim it to a size that will fit (there would have been a small fee fyi). Who does that? No one. That's amazing. The sofa and ottoman ended up arriving about a month earlier than expected which was extra amazing. The only bad experience I had in this whole process was that one of the drivers was incredibly rude. After the delivery, I let Shelly know and she apologized profusely. Later in the day, I got a call from the owner Vincent and he personally apologized to me. I couldn't believe that. You know it's a good company when the owner does stuff like that. It starts at the top. Clearly I just caught some annoyed delivery guy at the wrong time. Sometimes those things happen. An outlier of the whole experience. I had the sofa for a few days, and the back cushions of the sofa was starting to hurt my back because there was too much filling in it. My back is very sensitive and I need a very soft back pillow to sink into. I'm sure some people would like a more firm back pillow. Anyways, I called Shelly and asked if there was anything we can do about it and she said no problem, we'll pick it up and take some of the filling out (and they didn't charge for this, by the way). They grabbed it, brought it back to the factory, took some filling out, and within about 3 days, I had the back cushions back and they were sooooo comfortable. That totally did the trick. I love the sofa. It's beautiful, comfortable, the whole experience is amazing, and I love how I have the peace of mind that if there's some sort of issue I can hit them up. Not only are they a custom sofa place that can do basically whatever you need, they have the customer service and management that are eager to do whatever they can to help make your experience perfect. I don't normally write reviews, but they deserved a good one. I appreciate a well run business.

    I did purchase a sofa from here. They are not inexpensive, but you do get to personalize every…read moreaspect. How much fluff. What kind of fluff(or no fluff). What shape of every part, layout, color, texture. It really is a truly customizable experience. I'm happy with the product. I can't give a 5 because there were a few hiccups on communication starting on the first visit and going to the end. Will say that the owner called to apologize for the situation he knew and I can tell he really takes pride in this being a quality business.
