    Pricey. Limited selection. Slow service. Low class clientele. But nice store and neighborhood. Great parking. I usually buy expensive items online from other retailers to get lower prices. I come here when I need cheaper items immediately and do not mind paying a higher price as a tradeoff.

    I ordered a new fridge $1,400 dollars. In less than two weeks the motor died and I lost all my food in the fridge and freezer. I called Best Buy to tell them the brand new fridge had died the first thing the lady says is you do not have the protection plan and they will not be covering the loss of everything in the fridge. The lady then began talking about how they do not cover anything for their faulty fridges and I mean faulty. After looking at the reviews Best Buy has implemented anti White policies and now they hiring racist who hang up on White people and try to steal innocent customers money. They are a multibillion dollar company knowingly selling faulty fridges amongst many other items. After being on the phone for over two hours to return a fridge that never worked. If you wonder where the Philadelphia cops are they sit in the front of Best Buy and give directions to customers. Yeah corporate Anti-White America. Never buy anything from Best Buy it's a total scam and Chinese junk.

The first person I spent time with was Kevin on a Saturday morning a few years ago, directly after having an uncomfortable visit at World Wide Stereo. They have the stuff, but they have neither the environment nor the people who are able to provide what I need to feel before unloading significant resources towards things that I really like, but maybe don't truly need. Regarding Kevin, the stunning realization of how much information was stored in one person's brain was a bit overwhelming, and I can recognize it because of the business niche I've been in for the last 35 years. Since then I've dealt with you, Eddie (who I will request on any installation job in the future) and others, all with really good experiences. I want to now mention Matt Gorman, with whom I've begun exploring lighting options for our home. Although I had seen him in your shop many times before, you introduced him to me as your lighting specialist back in April earlier this year. His effort and his persistence in following up on even the most minute details of this project has been really impressive. He has made multiple home visits, brought out a rep (Tony) of your preferred lighting supplier, and provided a quote that reflected our site visits and discussions. Right now, I have commitments that will delay my ability to greenlight the proposal, but I will act on it (probably in phases) as soon as I get from behind some other financial commitments. In the meantime, he called me a few days ago just to check-in. There was no pressure or frustration expressed from him regarding the delay. Instead, I mentioned an A/V receiver replacement I needed to explore. He said he would prepare a quote for that need and he delivered it last night as promised. I will be moving forward with that. Just know that I appreciate the experience I've had with you and your team since I walked into your shop a few years back, and that most of that has had to do with the people that represent your operation.

I originally wanted to take this to the Genius Bar at the local Apple store, but they were booked for this entire week. I called this place around lunchtime and asked when their next available service time was, and I received a slot for 1pm - so quick! They charge the same amount as Apple for an iPhone 6 screen replacement ($109), the other places on South street charged $130 and 139.99, and the place in University City charges 165... Right as I walked in the door, the man took my phone and started repairing at his counter. He was done within 20 minutes and applied a screen protector at no charge. Not gonna lie, I felt pretty bored those 20 minutes without my phone, and realized how crippled I was without my mobile connection to the world... sad truth. He gave me a $5 discount for checking in with Yelp after asking me how I found out about his shop. Quick, friendly, and hopefully I'll never have to come back...
