The unit that was wired to the deck stopped working about 1 1/2 years after installation. Kim said Sonos wouldn't honor the warranty. They promised me to call Sonos again to ask them to cover the unit under warranty. I followed up and left messages for Kim over the next several months. When I finally got her on the line, Kim said "This just isn't a priority." I called Sonos directly and they informed me that Kim never called to ask for the unit to be covered under warranty. Once I explained everything, Sonos agreed to make an exception and agreed to replace the unit free of charge! Find a customer-oriented audio and video company to install expensive equipment.
