Good Place for a Car Wash - free vacuums This place is located at the entrance to the Brevard Zoo. It looks brand new. The entrance is located behind the building. There are 4 vacuum stations in the back that are self serve. You can either vacuum before or after although it seems easier after you wash your car. I chose to go through the car wash first. You enter into one of two lanes where there are automated pay stations. The least expensive wash is $8. When you drive forward someone directs you to enter the rack and brushes down the front and back of the car with soap. The nice part is that the vacuums are free and have really good suction. read more

This is an update to my prior higher rated review. I finally had enough of them closing early and opening late and randomly changing hours that only appear on their lighted message sign. The staff frequently forgets to activate the camera system to let monthly customers through the gate and they have their head buried in their phones instead of greeting customers. That's IF they're around the entrance at all, not sitting in their own cars. I stopped by in mid February to cancel my recurring payment and was told it would be good through March 8th. I didn't go through the wash at that time as I knew it would take a few minutes for the manager to process the transaction. Two days later the gates wouldn't open and a message showed my account had been cancelled immediately, not on March 8th. The employee working there had no clue how to look it up or resolve the up issue. I drove to the new Mister Car Wash a mile away, singed up in a couple of minutes and got a far better wash than ever at this place. read more

I used to love this place until today...I came yesterday (20 minutes from home) to the Merritt Island location for a quick $6 wash I've paid more plenty of times. Got home and thr back of my car was still filthy. I came back today (with my receipt) and the smarta** kid says...you couldn't come back yesterday...no...it's 20 minutes away. If you pay cash, beware. Their machine took my $20 bill but didn't provide any change for a $5 wash. The attendant told me to come back the next day when one of the bosses would refund me. I did, but the boss said that company policy is to offer only another car wash as a refund -- a single "Works Wash" worth $15 (the amount of my refund). In other words, I'm forced to buy another wash, at a considerable upsell from what I would typically want, instead of getting back the money they owe me. Claiming this "refund" would make me feel like a real sucker. I just might eat the loss and instead advise everybody I know to stay away from this place. read more

I went to the one on Merritt Island today since i had a free coupon for the "best" service. Well it wasn't the best. I had to go back through because there was green soap all over my truck. the guys who dried left smear marks all over my mirrors and my windows and somehow became even dirtier than when I went in there. They ran me back through with the rinse and it still didn't get it. OMG...then the car in front of me didn't pull out at the end since no light or sign indicating to pull out, we touched numbers. I went in for a quick car wash and got the$15 wash. Granted I don't expect much from express car washes but when I finally looked at my car,the wash had left weird spots all over my suv. Love this place! By far beats Mister Car wash. I actually got the tire shine I paid for and the truck didn't have spots everywhere like mister car wash caused. Service is friendly and they quick dry the windows at no additional charge. They also have a car wash punch card and after I think it's 5 punches you get a free wash of your choosing. Highly recommend checking this place out and staying away for Mister CW. read more

I went to this car wash this morning, August 17th. My wife asked why there wasn't someone to wipe the cars down. The employee answered that there wasn't enough volume to warrant having wipe downs. I discovered why. After I dried my car and my wife vacuumed it, lI went over to tell the employee that there were still bugs on the front of my car and if he treated everyone like they were getting an $18 car wash maybe there wouldn't be bugs on the front of the car. I said I'll make you a deal, I'll make sure that your hoses on your vacuums are rolled up properly if you get the bugs off the front of my car. He responded then buy an $18 carwash. I buy six dollar carwashes. I told him it's about the volume. Merritt Island Best car wash gets the volume, you don't. Maybe that's why, because you don't get the bugs off the front of the car. So when using this car wash, ask the attendant if he is the owner or the employee. If he's the employee leave immediately. The owner treats customers right, the employee does not. read more

New car wash near Viera/Suntree area-excellent car wash! I went today and I was in and out in just 5 minutes, sure beats Mister Car Wash...and it was only $6 for the basic. They have self serve vacuums available too. The best part is they hand dry your car after you leave the actually car wash for a nice finish...and no tipping! What a welcome addition to this area, we so needed an express car wash. read more
