The most upfront, and honest service I've ever recieved. Steve worked very hard for a CT400h that got into an accident dealing with unfair Statefarm company, and claim adjusters. He will make sure to try his best in getting every parts approved, and always fight for his customer's rights. He will be on your side regardless. I appreciate how he answered all of my questions, and concerns in details. He also took the time to check the transmission fluid to see if it's full to ensure I can make it home without getting stuck. FYI: He filled up more fluid without charging a dime, and it was not part of the accidental damage. He also advised getting a tranny fluid change. There are simply not enough words to express my gratitude for the help I recently received from Steve of Best Choice Auto & Body navigating the insurance system and the repair process. My 2008 Lexus RX 350 was deemed a "Total Loss" for a minor one-car accident with a fence. Through Steve's guidance in the process, the decision was reversed to "Repairable." These guys fixed my car, 2012 Sonata, a few times. They are professionals in what they're doing, and they will charge you for things that really need to be changed/replaced/fixed. If something can be changed after another 5k milesm they will tell you that, instead of trying to get all your money. The quality of their work is perfect, I never had any complains. Pros: great quality; reasonable prices; very reliable Cons: they're not very fast (but you can wait if you want something well-fixed); waiting area is poor (that's not a problem for me, however somebody may be looking for a coffee while waiting), and there is no place to go if you need to wait, so you better take Uber. Overall, if you're looking for a place where your car will be fixed, and you don't need to pay extra money, and you also not in a rush - definitely go to this place. read more

My significant other Sarah wrecked our 4-Runner a couple of weeks back. She side swiped a concrete support in her parking garage at work. Needless to say the damage was extensive to the body panels and molding down the passenger side of the car. These guys are awesome! I was quoted $2400 worth of repairs by Christian Brothers and said 3 distinct repairs are required. I took the repair specifications to these guys and they said one $1400 repair was not needed at this point, and started working on the other 2. Then, figured out that 1 of the remaining 2 repairs was not needed either. So they did the one remaining repair for a final cost of $570! Saved nearly $2000!!! I went there to do a complete check-up before I took a road trip, yet they made a problem that would have had COMPLETELY DESTROYED MY ENGINE if I didn't notice my engine oil leaking !! I specifically told the owner to please do the check carefully because I was going for a road trip that would go through places filled with dessert like New Mexico. He said: No Problem! I spent $300 do replace whatever they told me to replace, and My car was in a pretty good condition. However, they didn't replace the cap of the engine oil filter that paid for, and it caused engine oil leakage. What could that cause during a long trip? When I took my car into Lute Riley Honda for its last oil change (they open early), I was given a quote for work that they noticed needed to be done on the car. The total was over $3,500. My car is a CRV that just topped 100K miles. My family recommended Best Choice Auto, so I scanned the quote and emailed it to Best Choice and asked for a second opinion. I am very glad I did! They checked everything on the dealer quote, and had significantly different results. Even before I brought my car to their show, Steve replied to my email saying they could replace my drive belt for around $100 less than Lute Riley Honda. He said this is not because they use cheap parts but because they are reasonable. For example, the priciest repair quoted from the dealership was $2,000 for a leaking gear box. One of the owners lifted the car, took me under my car with a flashlight, and showed me that the gear box was pretty much dry. He said that at this point, the leak is not bad enough to justify the cost of repair. There were some parts like rods & bolts that Honda quoted as only one side needing to be addressed. Again, when I was under my car, I was shown that both needed to be replaced and why. Despite the need for additional work, Best Choice was $500 less than what Lute Riley Honda quoted me. I probably saved more than that because I did not have to deal with dealership finding other work that needed to be done that was left off their original quote. read more

They were personable, very clear about the process and what needed to be done and took their time explaining any questions we had. There was no wait to bring our car in.
