Update: They finally accept cards for admission which is awesome. It does have the tap capability, but unless you get someone willing and knowledgeable to go through the steps, they will tell you it doesn't work, but I've done it twice so it indeed functions. This is the BIGGEST CLUSTER I have ever seen. SO disorganized. Teams are scheduled on a specific court, but then other teams show up on the same exact court and try to take over. The coaches are "usually" on time for the games, but not always. Teams are established, but there are other players who seem to float in and out that have never been on the team before. The referees "stop" games with time still on the clock. The restrooms are ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Yuck! Gross, dirty. Doors hanging off the stalls, stall doors don't lock, rarely ever any soap to wash hands, and generally overall filthy. And, it's expensive to be on a team, along with the $$$ that is charged per person to just watch a game....wow. Since the facility is so blah, I'm curious as to where all that money goes to!!!?!! Three times we've signed up, and the entire experience has been awful. The schedule (once they even have a schedule) keeps changing and they don't inform the players. It can change the day before. Also, they don't have a cut-off so they keep adding kids during the middle of a season (because they accept your money for as many kids as will sign up). The venues are all over the place not just the fieldhouse ... once even 25 minutes away at Warren Central at 8 p.m. on courts that were sub-par when the real basketball courts were unused. They charge an extra $5 for parents to see their kids each game. We tried 3 sessions because my kiddo loves to play basketball. read more

Finishing up my first season playing volleyball with CCA. This fieldhouse seems to have plenty of space to accomadate multiple games to be played at once, as well as multiple sports. Only sports I've witnessed played here were volleyball and basketball. I've never purchased any food or drinks here to comment on them. They do have multiple stalls in their bathrooms so I've never had to wait. I'd say they do a decent job at keeping them clean. Ample parking. read more

Facilities are fine. I'm just not used to paying $50 (2 adults/2children) to watch my other child play 1 game on the weekend. They don't have a family rate either...it's all per person. We've been doing travel basketball for 3 years now all over central Indiana and I've never felt angry about an admission cost.....until today. Hope we never have to come back or I'll have to put my other 2 kids in jerseys so they get in free. read more

Not only do they charge almost $200 per session for your kid to play, then they get $4/head to come watch them play, per game. Apparently only idiots (myself) pay it because I've watched multiple adults walk in and act like they didn't see the cashier and walk right by. A woman did it right in front of me. I asked the cashier if all I had to do was shake my head no and walk on by like the lady in front of me. She said whatever. On top of all that, the tennie boppers they hire for staff are rude as hell. We've ordered food from the snack bar while there, never a greeting, never a smile, never "can I help you". Just a dirty look you are interrupting her texting. Then they basically throw your food at you, rudely tell you what you owe, take your money and then look at the person behind you like get the hell out of the way. read more

So far I've had a really great experience playing indoor volleyball here. This is my teams first time doing the indoor league (we usually just stick to sand) and it's been a lot of fun. My only complaint would be that there is a lot going on. There is no transition times factored in so it's easy for the games to start late and have a ripple effect. It would also be nice to have more teams to play against but that is not the responsibility of Best Choice Fieldhouse. I just want to be able to play more teams there! Overall I really enjoy playing here and I believe my team will be signing up for the indoor league again next winter. read more

Refs are instructed to not call fouls in games just to get through the games faster. I know this because a ref told me. Even in close games they don't call fouls. Example: player tries fouling and no call. Player then uses two hands at opponents waist (not hard at all). Ref blows whistle (finally) and yells at the player. At first it was just a foul called and every boo'd the call. Coach yells at ref for talking the way he did to the player and the ref changes call to flagrant. Facility is dark and ALWAYS dirty! Better to spend your money at Grand Park Pacers Athletic Center. read more

Best Choice allows teams to play and cheat bringing older kids to play against younger kids . Not fair or safe for the children.

This location is behind the Fisher's Target. I've came past this place a few times but never went inside. My nephew was having a basketball tournament here with his league I was just impressed by how many tournaments can go on at one time. Maybe 8-10? This place lost the star due to those controlling the scoreboard was not keeping good tabs on points and fouls. However this place well kept and maintained. I also appreciate that the concession stand was not too highly priced. read more

Great facility! The owners allowed our Girl Scout Troop to sell cookies during cookie season. It was easy to schedule and they made sure we were by the entrance. We had a great experience and loved watching all of the basket ball teams competing. The faculty was clean and the staff was very helpful. read more

This place is terrible. The manager (I suppose) spends his whole time yelling at most people. There are select few that he let's do whatever they want including shoot during breaks in the middle of other team practices and games. He is definitely a jackass. read more

Best Choice in Fishers IN is rigged-especially if you're not a Best Choice team! How does the manager in charge of the league predetermine what pool a team will be in before the 2nd/3rd game-it's been witnessed that 2 Best Choice teams can have multiple players in multiple teams. So both teams can potentially be in the same division like be in the top 5 teams but the 2 teams will never play each another because why.......the league manager will automatically put them in different divisions (so they can have the best of both worlds-winning different divisions with the same players)-crazy right! No the crazy part about it all is the lack of accountability on what player plays on what what team. I guarantee you, pay close attention to the players your child plays against because you will see the same kids again on other teams. Generally the names are locked in by the 3rd game but the coaches, families and referees won't know who plays for what teams because the names submitted to the league manager aren't on pre-printed sheets at the games or the names are not available to the public. When you actually play your games, the coaches manually update numbers and names of the players on a sheet and most times it's just numbers with no names - so they can add players and no one knows if the player belongs in the team because their is no integrity or accountability from the league manager all the way down to the referees. Oh and good luck trying to argue with what's right because they do not care!!! - believe me we have tried. We've played several seasons thinking it'll change and nothing has, maybe that's why their customer rating is not so good. This will be the last of Best Choice for us. Grand Park Fieldhouse is the place to go! read more

The Fieldhouse is a nice facility, with nice courts and a lot of room. However, this is my gripe, several of my children have played at this facility over the years; and, it is so discouraging that on top of paying for the tournament and league fees, parents have to pay to watch each and every game. I feel that it is pure greed and does not encourage the families to go and support the kids; you would think that the Fieldhouse could accommodate for at least one parent to enter without being charged. We try to encourage our other children to support each other in their hobbies and sports; yet, when you have many children this is just not economically smart. It would be a great example to the community of Fishers that family still matters. read more

Awful experience with Best Choice. This place is the Worst Choice. We have played here for multiple years and it just keep getting WORSE! coaching. The 1st played for BC my child was just place on any type team. BC didn't look at the eval or skillset of the kids, only their $150.00 dollars to play.But, mistakes happen. The next year didnt play for the BC team but in the BC league. The bathrooms didn't work, the water fountains didn't work, the Concession staff put their nasty hands all over your food. But the biggest issue was the cheating Refs. Most of the Refs didn't have patches, which mean they aren't licensed. Unlicensed officials don't know the rules of the game.But things happen. And we went back again. Despite the $500.00 for a team to play in the BC league, $5.00 to get in to watch your child play, the dirty facility and the CHEATING Refs. The Refs don't call the game correctly. In the first half they don't fouls because they are to busy watching to see which kids know how to handle the ball and dribble, which kids are scoring the points, then in the second half they call all the fouls on those kids, so they foul out. Done! Will not be going back. All KIDs deserve more than this place. Look for Another Choice. read more

Played in a mens league several times here. Courts are nice. Overall league rules, price, and staff of the facility are good. The refs they hire have some mental issues. Would be nice if they hired refs that actually ref local highschool or college games but what can you expect. My issue is the extra charge for people to just watch. Also the dressing rooms are small and the bathrooms are at times "disgusting". Luckily these things are all correctable and are most likely already dealt with. read more

Bring your own water... drinking fountains do not work... the employees will not refill your water unless you pay.

Refs are horrible. They make bad calls, miss other calls and show favoritism towards Best Choice teams. Saw a ref hollering at a woman when she questioned a call after a game. Same ref belittled my child and told me he wasn't any good. read more
