The brisket is good, but like some others commented, a bit more fat than I would like and greasy. But we definitely ate it. For the pork rib, the meat didn't exactly fall off the bone, but it was very tender. The pulled pork sandwich was the best part of the meal. They put ample meat on the bun and if you eat it dry without anything else, it's delicious. If you are passing by, I do recommend it.
