Follow up on our last review, where several shirts were ruined and it took us several attempts to actually speak to the owner, who took the shirts and had them redone. Good news is we picked them up today and they are vastly better: the affected areas look about normal. Thank you to the owner for doing the right thing but her employee who my husband followed up with several times regarding this manner remained unhelpful, made no effort ( none that we could see) to notify the owner of the issue, and was downright rude and clueless regarding the shirts being redone. Not sure if we will return, but our expensive dry cleaning will most definitely be sent elsewhere. read more

I dropped my daughter's wedding gown off to be "cleaned and sealed" and was quoted $175. now they are telling me they need another $100 to "seal" it even though the ticket price they gave me was quoted for cleaning AND sealing. I was told "they'll probably still charge you another $100 because that's just the way it is." Be careful taking your items here as they do NOT honor what they tell the customer. read more

I do not often write bad reviews, but if I can save anyone time and money, I would love to do so. I brought in a pair of shorts and a dress to be altered. They then said that the altar lady only came in once a week. And every time I came in which I came three times she was never there. She finally picked up my items And I requested her not touch the dress. And this is the Repair I get back on the shorts. The thread does not even come close to matching the shorts. And a giant uncomfortable patch is added to the back. I have absolutely no clue why this would ever be the way you would fix this. And I'm severely upset. I drove to this location over four times Trying to catch the alteration lady. I never saw her with my own eyes, but she took my shorts without my consent. read more

My wife and I were caught in a flooding rain while vacationing in Key West. Live in Palmetto and decided to support the local business. I had received a coupon which they refused to honor although it had no expiration date or info that it could only be used in the summer? When I got home, took a look at my items. Charged $38 for 5 items That were all cashmere (I am allergic to wool). Hat was still filthy and all four sweaters were hung incorrectly on wire hangers and totally stretched out-actually ruined but I am hoping that if I take them elsewhere and have recleaned, they will regain their shape. Photos show damage and I have shown a photo of another sweater that I had cleaned elsewhere that was hung correctly with tissue paper within the folds. This is a really horrible operation. Great service!!!! Came in to fix an going out outfit and was desperate for it done today and they did it for me made my day honestly

First time I went there dropped off one suit and a Blazer , when I went back to pick up the Blazer und suit the the Blazer was missing , turns out the machine broke down and it will another couple of days, when I looked at my $500 suit it was wrinkled and had hair on it some of it was ironed and looks terrible. Worse dry cleaner/ customer service. I dropped a designer dress to this place, the owner/clerk threw it on the floor on top of other clothes. When I picked it up, the dress had multiple orange stains. I think die from the clothes he mixed it up with transferred. He refused to refund me my $10.50 or pay for the dress or try to remove the stains he made. Do not go there!!!! read more

They lost my clothes! I was in the store for over an hour while they looked. They said they would look further and call me back, which they never did. I spoke with a woman named Fal who said they didn't have time to look but would try to get to it. In negotiations now for compensation. They have never apologized or have offered any compensation because they are still looking into the missing clothes. read more

Best - NOT!!! Worst is more like it. They ruined my new suit by applying so much heat that they actually melted the polyester. Customer service is nonexistent. Customer service was outstanding. When I called to get a quick dry cleaning for some uniform of my brother, they said they could do it. When I arrived, everyone was very friendly and professional. They finished the job even earlier then they said. I was impressed. Hard to find businesses who have great customer service and following through to the end.
