I have my ups and downs with this place. The first time I came here was a great experience and the next time I tried to come there were issues with the Groupon I had purchased and had to fight for a refund. The next time I actually got around to coming I was gifted a gift card for Christmas and used my first couples session for a couples massage which was relaxing and felt so good. Dalia did a great job. Overall it's a good experience, just don't make any purchases through Groupon. It will never be redeemed. read more

NOT BBB ACCREDITED!! I was gifted a Groupon for this spa and in attempt to book a service they refused to honor the Groupon. I emailed with the owner who pushed blame to Groupon even though it is stated multiple places that the merchant must honor a certificate they refused. After reading some more reviews it looks like this is an issue with many people. I thought of reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and to my surprise they ARE NOT ACCREDITED! Don't ever use a purchase Groupon here for a couples massage. Whoever I spoke with to schedule the appointment made me feel like garbage because I paid for my service through Groupon. First and last time I will ever use Groupon. How rude of you to make a customer feel like that, not everyone is cheap. The money saved would have been a nice treat to give to your massage therapist. I was actually using this as a way to get my husband to try it out and get him to start booking bi-monthly massages with me. You lost out on a consistent customer booking because "God forbid you treat a Groupon customer like a normal customer" why would me paying for your service make it any different than a regular customer? Why do I have to wait over a month to book an appointment? Usually when people buy something they want to use it in a reasonable time, 2 weeks is reasonable anything over, then obviously your business needs to either stop booking new clients or possibly open a second location. Whoever is running the spa seriously needs to learn more buisness skills and ediquete. Your obviously not the type of business I want to be a client to now because if you treat clients like that and your actions are of those you just showed me, then I want nothing to do with your establishment because I wouldn't trust you with my health and body if you can't run and manage your business properly and professionally. I never, I mean never leave bad reviews and actually never leave reviews very often, for me to get on both Yelp and Google and leave a review...is seriously not good terrible customer service and shame on you for even offering Groupon's and wasting people's time and money. I'm out money now for a service I paid for and couldn't redeem and won't redeem even if the chance was given in a more reasonable time. I'd rather waste almost a hundred dollars, rather than book an appointment almost at the end of July! Take your Groupon offers down unless you specify your company won't redeem the Groupon for at least 30 days. A good company sets the customers expectations correctly prior to taking their money. It's like a trick, "Our Company is promoting a great deal, however, just kidding, your garage because you opted to save money and now we think your garage so you get to sit at the back of the bus" Basically the message is clear, obviously I'm not good enough to book right away. I bet if I came in there and waved a stack of hundreds you'd make time right then and there. Whatever happened to humanity and kindness? I could buy your spa if I wanted to. You should really think about how you pick and choose clients or customers and not be so judgemental. You lost out on a lot of business. I spend at least $500 a month on facials alone. I was on your website getting excited because I thought maybe I could find a spa with massage therapy too, but now I guess I just have to find something else and I'm more than happy to keep looking now. read more

The facility is beautiful and well hidden in a strip mall. The vibe is calm and relaxing. While they have separated rooms, the sound barrier is minimum and interrupted the relaxing for me. Mariah was very attentive to my specific knots and stress areas. As she said "you are in good hands!" The Spa wants you to be a member and offers no contracts and easy cancellation. Their licensed massage therapist's and Esthetician's are there to educate and assist in your health and wellness. My masseuse Terri B. Is well versed in various massage techniques using a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, acupressure, and trigger point massage. They begin by taking a client history to determine problem areas, and then they use the knowledge to customize your massage. Besides Groupon, they have some great introductory offers for new clients. it seems like the whole process felt rushed as our first time there, and as far as the massage itself it felt like nothing was done, we were expecting a full massage, with add ons, and it felt like they did just the add ons. Both the therapists were not good, and one of them talked too much in the session/was sick, we could not relax, and we were told that there's not enough time. We never got our aromatherapy either. If there was an option for 0 stars, I would choose it. I have been a customer of Best Estie since 2022. I would go there for both massages & facials. I was told that -as a member- I would keep my same pricing from the beginning. They have NOT honored this agreement. They have raised their prices twice without notice and regardless of my membership, The situation was handled poorly, loyalty was not a consideration, and the validity of the agreement was overlooked and not addressed. My Best Estie Membership/Subscription/Account Good Morning, I just saw that the price was increased on my most recent withdrawal from Best Estie from $64 to $70.  I have been a member with your spa services since after my husband died in 2022. My first price I was paying was $59. I was told from the beginning that as a member, I would keep my pricing. I don't understand why this agreement has not been kept? We received a couples massage as a gift. I have been trying to get a hold of this spa to book an appointment, but my calls would end up going unanswered. I finally get a call back the second week. During this call I find out that there are all these rules and stipulations on how I can use said gift. I wish that these rules were all printed on the Groupon initially and so that I didn't have to go looking for or calling them for two weeks just to get an answer only to be told that I cannot book an appointment for 30 days out, but not only that it has to be between Monday and Friday. While I am sure this spa has great spa service. The way they handle their business is unfortunately unprofessional. I hope that in the future that they disclose all that information on their Groupon, so whoever purchases can make an informed decision whether it is a gift or for themselves I'd also like to share that when I finally was able to speak with someone, they were very rude and sounded condescending. I was so happy to hear back from them and finally scheduled an appointment only for the individual on the other end who was a woman to be rude from the beginning. They get 3 stars because the staff was polite and I got a screaming deal on Groupon. I booked a deep tissue massage and got a Swedish massage. Still felt good so I don't want to sit and complain; however, it didn't help with the issues I was having. It's weird that you have to sign a waiver. It's difficult to find. The staff tries to sell you on packages, almost to the extent of a timeshare . They told me that the massage I got would be $115 from now on unless I signed up. That is LAUGHABLE. I suppose that's why they are needing to drum up business through Groupon; that's outrageous pricing for a 50 minute massage. read more

So when I get Mariah as a massage therapist she is amazing. Today I spent an additional $25 for cupping and I don't think it was done right. The last place I had cupping done they would heat the inside of the cups with fire and it left me with marks on my back. It was done that way to release toxins and help relieve the knots in my back. Today the cups were just placed on my back and I don't feel any different then when I got a regular massage. Mariah is an amazing masseuse. But I think I'll skip the cupping next time as I feel it wasn't done correctly and didn't do anything for me. read more

About 8 minutes after my appointment time, Mariah came into the spa in her street clothes which was a low cut top and a cardigan. A few minutes later, still wearing her street clothes, she calls me back for my massage. As we are walking back, she apologized for her tardiness and explains to me that she was at Red Robin on her lunch break. She continued to ramble about a gift card and then admitted to having a few drinks but said " she was 'good' and will still honor the full time of my massage".. I told her absolutely not and Mariah had the nerve to look at me like I'm being unreasonable. I discussed this with the front desk girl and she said she was escalating it to the owner.. As a longtime member of Best Estie, I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with this situation. This spa was great at one point but has been on a decline for the past year. I purchased a voucher for my mother through Groupon on May 9th with the agreement that it would expire by September 6th, 2021. When we called to schedule an appointment, the booking process was nearly complete. When we then mentioned this was through Groupon, owner/operator Michael Day informed us that they are only accepting a number of Groupon vouchers per day and had no availability before the expiry date. His response was to contact Groupon with any complaints. Unfortunately, this AZ business is not one that I feel good supporting at this time. Dalia! Have to say her name first, because she was my first experience at Best Estie, and I saw her again today for a massage. She is so amazing, best and most healing massage therapy I have ever had! I have a lot of discomfort from my sacroiliac joint - pain in the butt literally! And it goes down to my knee, sometimes affecting the sciatic nerve and going all the way to my foot. She just works some kind of magic! Just enough pressure without being too rough. She's hits all the right pressure points, and she's a sweetheart. Go see her! I also have had acupuncture with Dr Rosa, and loved it. It was a bit of an out of body experience, difficult to describe, but interesting. I've had facial peels and facials. I saw Susie today for a facial, and added the enzyme treatment. She was excellent! Great mini massages on hands and shoulders between the facial treatments. Michael (owner) is who always answers the phone when I call to schedule, and he has always been extremely pleasant. I truly appreciate being treated with such respect and kindness, it makes a difference! The receptionist today was so sweet too! I'm sorry I didn't catch her name. I saw Joy once in the past for a massage and she is truly a "joy". I would recommend her for Reiki and energy healing. My wife bought a Groupon facial/massage package from this place & gave me the massage portion. The Groupon certificate lists ZERO restrictions as to when the certificate could be used. I attempted to make an appointment for any Sunday before the certificate expires only to be told, "We don't honor Groupon on the weekend" DESPITE there being no restriction on the Groupon. My wife is now dealing with Groupon's non-existent customer "service" rather than taking these people to small claims Court for their deceptive practices, but this kind of crap doesn't speak well of them or their services which appears to be pretty consistent with the other reviews of their "ethics."
