I stumbled upon them years ago when looking for a new facial place and originally started going for the monthly specials but even their Signature Facial is AMAZING! They are so easy to book with, reasonably priced, and they include soooo much in their facials. They're also very educational/informative and use high quality products but never push them or make you feel pressured to buy them (although they do stock quite a bit in the shop and have more available online). Three generations--grandma, daughter-in-law and granddaughter--had a spa day today. We each had a package of services: facial, massage and golden glow body treatment. We enjoyed a delicious lunch from Postinos in a private room at the spa midday while we compared notes about the services we received. I've been interested in scheduling a chemical peel for several months now and finally I pulled the trigger and decided to do it! I found Cleanse just by doing a quick google search for "aestheticians near me." The entire progress from start finish was so easy. When I called to schedule the appointment, the receptionist was so informative about their offered services and overall very helpful. Paige did my chemical peel this morning and it was such a great experience. She was so sweet and fun to talk to; she walked me through all the steps and listened to me complain about life. From the moment I walked in, Jade provided me with excellent costumer service and made me feel welcome when she took me to back to their relaxation room. My massage from Chantay, was off the charts, as my Brother would say!! She took the time to understand the areas we discussed beforehand and worked through my tension areas with incredible skill. I really love this spa. I had a disappointing facial at another spa in Gilbert, and said okay I'm done with facials. Then I said facials is a good way to pamper myself...so I'll try another spot and see if I get a better experience. This experience was good. Well not good but amazing! I booked a last minute same day appointment and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I got their signature cleanse with Jess and this my first time getting a facial. It was extremely relaxing. Being new to Gilbert I have taken my time finding new businesses and people to help take care of me. Unfortunately, I had terrible thoracic pain a few days ago that Chiropractic care alone wouldn't resolve, so couldn't be patient. I could've settled for a light Massage Envy appointment that evening, but knew I needed more, so waited to see Jamie the following morning. And thankfully I did! Massage therapists really do not get enough credit. When I say this woman is a magician, I mean it from the depths of my shoulder blades. Now this kind of magic isn't sprinkles and cotton candy it's more like cayenne pepper, but so so worth the pain. To top it off, she does cupping, which I am oddly addicted to. I walked out with immediate relief, mentally and physically. I am thankful to have found this little gem and will definitely be back. This review is a few weeks overdue. Thanks to a gift card I won at a charity event, I learned about Cleanse. I was excited to book my nano needling appointment with an upgrade to the neck and decolletage for the day after Thanksgiving. Plus, I took advantage of their eye and lip treatment special for my birthday month! First, it's the cutest place! Clean, modern, and comfortable. I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, and Lisa, one of the owners and who performed my nano needling, welcomed me warmly back to a service room. Lisa asked me about my skincare history. I wasn't sure if I wanted a micro-needling or a nano needling. I'd gotten a micro-needling before, but the downtime is a few days, and my face took at least a week to recover. It would have been the same price, minus the neck and decolletage. She explained both services in detail and looked at my face and ultimately suggested that I try the nano needling since I was using a gift card for it. Lisa made sure I was happy with the warmth of the bed, and let me know every step of the service. It was nice to get some face care education from her, too. She's super nice and professional and warm at the same time! The nano needling is not painful. I thought it felt good. It took less than an hour, and then I was on my way with some wonderful samples. My experience couldn't have been better. It was the perfect refresher for my face after the holiday. What's super cool is that two people have complimented my skin since getting the nano needling. One even told me that I look 18. With my 47th birthday fast-approaching, I'm happy! I look forward to going back for peels and more at Cleanse Face and Body Bar. One other thing to note: A lot of the add-on services are $30 to $50, which is extremely affordable for the service and extra pampering for your skin. read more
