My 8-year-old was disgusted by what she saw so I went to check it out. The restroom was trashed! Random garbage all over, clothing, electrical cords all over the floor and sink. It looked like someone was living in the small bathroom. We decided she would not use the restroom. After having waited about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge our presence, we left and they lost our business.

I sent in a whole stack of poles which were in really bad shape, and some were 30 yrs old! This product is really made well. I thought they would tell me to order new poles, but someone got right back to me, and said they were all repairable, and for a very fair price too. The turn around was very fast, and much to my surprise, my poles looked almost brand new. We have done business with this company for years, and we always recommend them. Our police department & fire department uses them too.
