Contacted the company and discovered they have not been accepting floral orders for some time. The bottom line is that I thought I was ordering from the Carrot Flower Company but was duped into ordering from an unknown florist. I assign no blame to the company, but am putting out a warning. Do not use their website to order because you will be involving a different florist and may not get the service and/or quality expected.

I was a little nervous to only be able to give rough guidelines and descriptions of what I wanted, and not to be able to see the final product before it was delivered. But, Sal exceeded my expectations. My Grandma loves roses, so roses were incorporated into her arrangement yet it still has a holiday feel to it. Now, I rely on them every year to make a beautiful arrangement. Also, its super convenient that you can do all your ordering online (including a description etc.) and they will handle everything for you (and provide a receipt once the arrangement has been made/delivered).
