I came in to Young Flowers to get some of my sad, dying succulents repotted into a new home and they have an amazing selection of pots and all reasonably priced. I ended up getting 1 small pot ($8.95) and 2 medium pots ($11.95-$22.95) and a pothos plant ($9.95). They had a lot of great smaller plant options for indoor plants too and do an amazing job porting them. They put in so much care into potting the plants and packaging them up so that they will still be perfect when you go home. Highly recommend coming in for all of your plants needs! And a huge plus that they have a cute little chihuahua as their store dog! read more

Mark the owner is amazing. I got a fiddle leaf fig tree a few months back and it was just not thriving in my home. It looked like it had an infestation of some kind and it had slowly lost about 65% of its leaves. On one of my many trips in I was chatting with Mark about the tree's condition and he offered to give me store credit if I brought it back in! So I brought it in the following Sunday and he's got my balance on file at the store. Not once has a plant store owner ever provided me with this kind of care and service. For the past year, Young Flowers has been my go-to shop for indoor desk plants. They have plants of all shapes and sizes - I always love browsing through their succulents, cacti and air plants! :) But what keeps me coming back is the great staff and customer service. I'm one of those folks who wants a green thumb but doesn't necessarily have one (haha!), so I'm here often for new finds. Each person working here is super friendly, attentive and helpful. Whether I'm picking up a new plant or bringing in one for a little TLC, I appreciate that they take the time to carefully repot, trim and more. I'd say that prices are pretty moderate - my latest purchase of two mini cacti, a succulent and pot ended up being around $15. I've also done a little mixing and matching where I'd bring in pots from elsewhere to fill with their plants. Their last day at the Third & Spring location is Friday, and they'll be moving closer to the heart of downtown by Hotel Max. I'm so sad to see them go but I'll definitely be swinging by their new location when it's ready! :) read more

I LOVEEEE this shop!!! It's a very small shop across from Starbucks and I've walked past it a couple of times but never noticed it was there. I stopped by a couple weeks ago when I noticed the cute succulents, prayer plants and chinese money dot plants outside. The space is small but everything is organized and did not feel cramped inside. I was greeted by Karen and she was so patient with me as I tried to decide on which plants to bring home. Mark (I think he's the owner) took over assisting me when Karen was pulled away. I ended up going home with a zz plant and a peperomia and can't wait to come back. I bought my 2 new plants and pots to go with them for $44.
