Checked out this place after seeing it on Groupon. (Btw, the spa will price match it. )Had we known we would've just gone through them since Groupon takes a large cut. Got the custom combo hot stone massage but there wasn't anything custom about it. The massage was a standard recipe that all the staff follow. I know because my friend received the same exact massage in the same room. Though it was good pressure for my upper body, I had asked her to focus more on my legs/hips but she then she used lighter pressure instead. I would've liked more reflexology on my feet. The towel where my face was had a very strong vinegar (sour) smell. It took me more than 10 minutes to get over the smell....not sure if it's what they use to clean it. Friend said hers smelled kinda old and moldy. My favorite part was the hot stone massage, massage along my back/spine. I would come back if the towels dont smell.. read more

Ok, legit, just an amazing experience that I was not expecting so it was a very pleasant surprise. I saw they had a Groupon and my friends and I wanted a massage that wouldn't break the bank. Man it paid off. The place is clean, the staff is kind and the prices are really good even without a groupon. So the massage did not start relaxing, but in all fairness I had a lot of tension on my upper back. After it was all worked out, the magical hot stones were used and I am pretty sure that my stress literally melted away with those stones as they used them for the massage. My masseuse had very strong hands and used her weight to work my back muscles and actually popped one vertebrae into alignment She seemed to sense where I needed to be touched. I went around 1030 on a Wednesday and was the only customer and seen rightaway, by the time my hour was finished the back room for foot massages was almost full. They also have several private rooms for full body treatments. I got the most basic foor massage ($48 credit card price) and was so impressed - soak, scrub, hot stones included as well as about 30 minutes of full body. Will be back on future trips! read more

I booked my appointment a day before for couples massage. Jason (the main guy at front desk) didn't seem to have masseuse available for couple so he decided to jump in for me and provided my husband another masseuse. His phone constantly kept ringing. He in fact took 2 phone calls during my massage. He was pretty unprofessional and i couldn't relax because his phone was constantly going off. Its pretty crazy that he has no concept of customer service or the fact that couples come to have relaxing time during massage. At about 20 minutes mark I was so uncomfortable that I had to ask him to silence his phone. He instead said oh let me find a different masseuse. So people changed in between my service. The whole massage was so inconsistent and full of anxiety. I would never come here again. read more

Very good for the price. Unfortunately, you hear the neighboring business' TV or radio throughout your entire Massage, which is very disturbing. If you can mentally tune that out, you can enjoy the massage. Also most people there do not speak English so I have the Google app for translation up if you need to give them any directions like in my case, I have fusion in my neck. read more

My boyfriend and I visited for a couples massage during a weekend trip after finding this spot on Groupon. We were looking to treat ourselves without paying resort spa prices, and we're so glad we found this place. We were greeted by a friendly man at the front desk who honored the Groupon pricing even though we booked directly with them (which I'd recommend doing). We booked a 60-minute foot reflexology massage followed by a 60-minute oriental couples massage, and we left feeling completely refreshed. The foot reflexology portion took place in a back room with very comfortable reclining beds. While our feet soaked, we received a relaxing head, face, and neck massage, followed by one of the best foot massages I've ever had. It also included hot stones and a foot-and-leg scrub, which was a great touch. For the couples massage, we stayed in the same room. We initially expected to move to a more private space, but they closed large curtains around our beds to create separation and privacy. My boyfriend had the same masseuse for both services, while I had two different masseuses -- both male. We had requested female masseuses when booking, so I'd recommend confirming again when you arrive if that's important to you, as we didn't see any female staff during our visit. The oriental massage itself was very good -- we both noticed it involved more pressure-point work and firm rubbing techniques compared to a traditional relaxation massage. If you're looking for something a little different, this could be a great option. My only small complaint was that the face pillow was very thin and uncomfortable on my jaw, but they were happy to bring me another pillow when I asked, which helped a lot. Overall, we highly recommend this place -- especially if you're visiting Palm Springs and want a relaxing spa experience without the luxury resort price tag. read more

It was busy, yet the atmosphere remained calm and serene, with staff speaking softly to maintain a peaceful vibe. One thing to note: the layout includes curtained areas, so some background noise from other guests is audible--but it wasn't too disruptive. I didn't specify a gender preference for my therapist and was paired with a male therapist. If you have a preference, I'd recommend mentioning it when booking. Some treatments are done in open areas with minimal privacy, while others are behind curtains or in private rooms. I had a 60-minute massage and a 30-minute body scrub, and both were excellent. The male therapist was respectful and ensured I was properly draped at all times. Overall, I had a great experience. I had one of the best massages I've ever had (90 min) here. I came back the following week on another work trip, ended up getting the same massage tech again, he was amazing the second time. He really knows what he is doing and how to give a perfect massage. (I booked massages at BOTH of the spas I was staying at AS WELL and they were not only horrible, inexperienced but one injured me. And double the price.)
