After a long flight travels I was in desperate need of a massage. I called and they were willing to accommodate a late night appointment. but unfortunately I had issues getting a rental car that didn't have problems. This review is difficult. Although the massages we had on 4 occasions were good but the " shenanigans" we entailed just ruined anything good to say. it really is the "front desk" that is the issue. Not listening using the language barrier to do what she wants!! Not listening to the client wants and preferences. I am paying YOU!! Not the other way around. Simple request, like a cooler temperature room, private room not a CURTAIN for privacy. Really a curtain?? you can hear noises, movements, etc. I want a private room please give me one!!! I called days ahead and booked 2 private room massages on 2 separate occasions. Both 1,5 hrs and I requested a certain time, NO I was told too busy come Earlier, so as any normal person, she said she was busy and if I came in earlier she could accommodate my request of 2 private rooms, so we did. To only hear the front desk lady take calls while we sat and waited to pay and book the EXACT time I requested that day, no problem, not booked I guess as she told me. That was upsetting then to not follow my request for 2 private rooms on top of that. I have no choice to write a review. Again I am a paying customer and if you as the owner can't listen, understand, communicate efficiently with your customers, you will not thrive. Don't let her do what she wants, she's gotten away with it on too many of my visits, I am done and won't be returning!! read more

It's been about a year since I had my last massage here. I don't know why it's taken me so long to come back. CiCi once again did an AMAZING 90 min. Deep Tissue massage. The pressure was deep which I love. She kept asking me if the pressure was too much or if I wanted her to go softer which means she really cares whether or not you are comfortable. She found some significant knots that probably can't be worked out in just one session but she did a great job releasing many of them. I paid almost double for a deep tissue massage for an hour and 30 minutes and it literally felt like someone was putting sunblock on my back. The lady was very kind and sweet, but she just was not a deep tissue Massage Therapist and I totally got ripped off. I also upgraded for a scrub and the scrub was not an actual scrub because I did not feel a thing. I don't know what they were using, but it must've been like shower gel or something because there was definitely no salt to be felt. My room was very cold! Felt like I was in a morgue. And due to the pressure, not being anywhere close to deep tissue or even medium tissue... My body was unable to warm up. This is a part two to my first review. After a not so great first go, the owner reached out to me in attempt to make things right. She offered me a complimentary 90 minutes massage, same as my previous service, which was beyond kind of her. Some business owners wouldn't go that far. I went in for my appointment and was greeted by Jessie, I assume the owner, who was delightful. Not long after I was placed in my room, Monica came in. Monica was AMAZING! Perfect pressure, smooth and continuous moments from place to place, and when I needed a little extra work in some areas (mainly my shoulders and upper back) she spent additional time making sure kinks were worked out. She also did some stretching with me which the previous person had not. This was beyond exceptional! Mind you, this was no easy feat... I'm 6'4" and about 220, so she had her work cut out for her. But she did it with ease and seemingly without struggle. 100/10 stars if I could. Both Monica and Jessie made this appointment for me. I will be back and most definitely will see Monica again. 3 of us went in for an impromptu mass a ge on a Saturday with short notice. They were able to accommodate quite easily. Super nice people inside. They gave us each little cookies and treats when we were done, with a small bottle of water. The massages were pretty good. Each person has a differing view of how they liked theirs, but it's all personal preference. Sometimes you get a masseuse that rubs a little too hard... but you have to tell them. In our case, when that happened, they responded and adjusted pressure immediately. I would recommend. Price and friendliness were both good. Massage rated 7/10. read more

Helen and Anna (and the sweet woman at the registration desk) were all lovely and so kind. We immediately knew that the massage therapists are absolutely experts at providing a correct, therapeutic massage. The atmosphere within RuYi is relaxing, clean and very comfortable. The addition of the salt scrub exfoliant was bliss, as were the hot stones, and each was applied to our legs, back, arms, feet and hands in a gentle manner.
