Silvia and her team are great. I was looking for a mobile spa company for my sister's bachelorette. Mobile Spa had a fair price for their massages ($110 for 50 min). They require a deposit prior to the appoint so I had to be really careful because I had a group of 10. Silvia did not rush me into booking and understood I was still waiting on people from the group to confirm. She went ahead and reserved the appointment but gave me time to let her know if anyone would drop out. She made the whole booking process very stress free. On the day of the event, she and her team came early to set up. We were unfortunately behind on schedule and were not able to let her in but they were quick and efficient in setting up quickly. The massages were great! The set up the room so that it was dark and relaxing. They had scent diffusers on and calming music. The sheets were clean and they replaced it after each girl. In addition to the full body massage, there was a hot stone treatment, and cold facial serum. I had some girls in the group who get massages frequently and spend time at spa resorts and they said that this was better than what they've been to. After the stress of preparing for a wedding and finishing up school, my sister really wanted a nice spa day for her bach. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mobil Spa while planning my sister's bachelorette party. I initially contacted them to see if they could provide services for the party on a Sunday. After leaving a few messages and not hearing back, I reached out to another company as a backup. Eventually, Sandra, the owner of Mobil Spa, called me, and we discussed the details. I sent over our address, but after reading her terms, I noticed a deposit was required to confirm the booking. I also checked their reviews and saw that there were reports of no-shows, which made me nervous. Given the lack of communication and confirmation from Mobil Spa, I decided to go with the other company, who had been very responsive and professional. I never sent Mobil Spa a deposit or received any confirmation from them. On the day of the party, both companies unexpectedly showed up. When I explained to Sandra that I didn't think our appointment was confirmed because I hadn't sent a deposit or received any confirmation, she immediately became defensive. She stormed off to her car, and I overheard her telling her employee, "She said she didn't send a deposit, let's go." I felt terrible about the misunderstanding and went outside to try to reason with her. Despite knocking on her window and attempting to talk things through, Sandra ignored me. When she finally rolled down the window, I offered to have both companies stay since we had enough guests to accommodate them. I assured her that her time wouldn't be wasted. Sandra curtly replied, "I'll just leave my worker." This created an incredibly hostile environment, and her poor employee, Morgan, looked so confused. I invited Morgan inside and told her she could still work with one of the guests rather than just standing by. Morgan was incredibly sweet and professional. Meanwhile, one of my friends went outside to speak with Sandra, and Sandra was shockingly rude, nasty, and dismissive. I'm a firm believer in positive energy, so I'm actually glad Sandra didn't stay. She brought terrible vibes to what was supposed to be a fun and special day. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If this is how she runs her business, she should seriously reconsider her approach. Horrible communication and they swindled me of my money! They initially communicated $144 per hour, and I reserved two hours. So my total should've been $288. Their email clearly required a 50% deposit, no less. So I went ahead and sent them $144 over a month ahead of the scheduled service. There were no complaints, and I even received a confirmation for my 50% deposit. Then, THE MORNING OF my scheduled service, they request an additional $432, trying to somehow justify that I only paid a 25% deposit when their emails to me clearly indicate that I was to pay $144 for two massage chairs per hour. Once again, their emails also indicated a 50% deposit was required, so why not a month ago tell me that there was a miscommunication?! Correct the customer's mistake instead of taking advantage of the customer! This service was a gift, and I couldn't cancel it, so I had to succumb to their pressure and I only booked one hour for $288, which was not at all what we agreed on. Horrible, horrible experience. Especially doing this to me the morning of!!! Responding to your response: Don't drag my husband into any of this!!! Your ladies left without a minute to spare and nothing was explained to him. He simply passed along the $144 for 1 hour as I told him to do. You definitely swindled me! Reread your emails with me and look how you deceived me! Responding to your third time changed response: Your team gave each gentleman a 10 minute back massage that involved no oil and nothing special. Yes, $72 an hour for that is entirely reasonable. One man even has a photo of your therapist texting on the job. Your massage is comparable to a mall chair. Blessings to you and your team. read more

Wow!!! What an amazing addition to a girls weekend getaway! I planned massages for three girls as part of a girls weekend in Palm Springs. Silviana and her team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and they absolutely delivered! They showed up to our Airbnb, set up by the pool and went to work. All three of us LOVED our massage. I'm often picky about the pressure, and often find myself liking lighter pressure around my neck and shoulders. Silviana was quick to accommodate my requests. Mobile Spa is Garbage2Go: THERAPIST WAS A NO-SHOW/OWNER RUDE, DISMISSIVE & TAKES NO ACCOUNTABILITY; she couldn't even muster a superficial apology for the sake of business * * *I implore you to first read the text thread screenshots attached. My texts are in green, the owner's responses in grey. I can't imagine anyone would question my experience after reading the attached screenshoots. I'm baffled by the 5-star ratings, my experience was insulting to say the least. I woke up in miserable discomfort so I was excited my husband found Mobile Spa on Yelp; their glowing reviews and 5-star ratings made it a no-brainer to book an at-home appointment. When I called the woman who answered seemed (keyword, "seemed") polite and professional, I booked a 4PM appointment with, the "Amazing Alisa" (owner's words, not mine! LOL), Amazingly, Alisa, was a no-show! I called the office number twice and texted Mobile Spa, on both phone calls I only got voicemail and I left a message which was not returned. Almost 2 hours after my appointment, I finally receive a text response from the spa owner. She offered no apology and proceeds to asked me to "call" her employee who stood me up. Not that it was appropriate for her to have me call HER employee, but then she doesn't even provide me with the Amazing Alisa's number. Is this lady on Ritalin??? This is a Little Rascals operation but they must be doing something right because they can afford to insult a new potential client like me. And, my body is so f*&ked up, she could've made a killing on me! I spend more money on massage therapy than I do on my medical insurance. I'll never understand being dismissive to someone trying to give you money and help you sustain your business and lifestyle. Kudos to you for managing to run a business like a trust fund baby. Lastly, it took public shaming on Yelp to get an "apology", when she could've returned my call and that would'e been the end of it. If you decide to move forward with an appointment, I couldn't blame you because their ratings are fantastic; however, make sure you don't get "Amazing Alisa" or "Alyssa" (owner spelled this therapists' name differently with each communique). So unfortunately, I can't provide feedback on their services, but I can definitely provide feedback on their customer service. My girl and I booked a weekend getaway to Palm Springs at the end of June to celebrate my birthday this year. We definitely wanted a relaxing getaway and thought the in-room massage experience would be the cherry on top! I did some research and found Mobile Spa Pros2Go to be one of the top-rated companies in the area that offered such a service. After reaching out via Yelp messaging, Silviana (Sil) quickly messaged me back and answered any of the questions I had (and I had many). Given her responsiveness and reassurance I thought to give them a shot. We go ahead and set our in-room 60-min couples massage appt to that Saturday at 4pm. Fast forward to 3pm on Saturday, I get a text message asking if we could move our appt to 4:30p to accommodate some last minute staffing issues. I agree and around 3:30p, we decide to leave the pool area of our hotel to head upstairs and get ready for the massage. It's now 5/5:15p and we still haven't heard any door knocks, calls, or texts so I decide to reach out to Sil and see if the two therapists were still on their way or if they had any issues locating the place. Sil explains that they were still experiencing staffing issues and unfortunately would not be able to perform the massages for us that day. She attempted to reschedule us for Sunday, but I told her we were checking out first thing in the morning to hit the road back to OC. She was apologetic and offered to give us a gift card for another massage back home for our trouble, to which I obliged. Just when I thought we had the worst experience ever, Sil definitely tried to make things right. She asked for my home address, did some research, and send us e-gift card with enough value for what would be an amazing massage experience at Burke Williams here in Orange a few weeks later. The value far surpassed what would have been our bill at Mobile Spa Pros2Go. So, although we experienced an unfortunate mishap in Palm Springs, I gotta give praise when praise is due and recognize that sometimes as a business owner, you just gotta roll with the punches. First of all the massage was amazing!!! I had Icela and she did a wonderful job. I have had my fair share of massages over the years and I kid you not this was the best massage I've ever had and for a great price. I usually hurt and tend to hide that I'm in pain sometimes when I get a massage but I didn't feel any pain at all during this massage! Also I was not the only one to think this way. My friends who got the massage as well, a majority of them said this was one of the best if not THE best massage they ever had too!
