At first, I got a response that said, "Unable to service," when all I did was ask about a standard deep tissue massage and also asked if they could recommend a chiropractor. All they had to do was mention that they can't recommend a chiropractor, but that they do offer massage, but instead I got a terse "unable to service." Since then, I tried to follow up several times. I asked just what their basic pricing is, and they simply refuse to respond. I have had some outstanding bodywork therapists, both in Los Angeles and Riverside counties, over the last 30 years. Now that I live in the Palm Springs area full-time, I was looking for somebody consistent who wasnt expensive, like at the big spas, and I also wanted somebody who could give a good, strong, legit massage. Instead I get silence when asking a basic question. I guess Palm Springs Men's Wellness Retreat doesn't want my business at all, and that's a shame. This practice is not going to last if it doesn't understand the very basics of customer service.

We searched the room thoroughly before leaving and rechecked all luggage again once we got home, with no success. My husband contacted the hotel and was told the morning staff would be asked. Given the value of this item, that response is not sufficient. A property at this level should have a clear, documented lost-and-found process with accountability, rather than relying on informal follow-up. We paid over $600 for a one-night stay. The level of urgency and communication so far does not reflect the seriousness of the situation. I am requesting that management conduct a formal review, including verification with housekeeping, review of lost-and-found records, and any applicable security procedures, and provide a direct, documented follow-up.
