We established in the beginning that I had gel on my nails and they don't do gel, so the woman told me my toes looked fine, or "not so bad", then We were taken to the back for our massages...well let's just say I almost turned and walked out, but didn't want to ruin the experience for my friend. Instead of changing sheets between clients they just pull paper over the table like at the doctors office...well of course I took my phone flash light and lifted the paper, Only to find all kinds of little hairs that did not belong to me. I blew the table off, sprayed sanitizer, and sucked it up. The massage wasn't bad, but hard to relax when you're actively making sure not to touch anything but the paper on the table. My friends pedicure was the worst she's ever gotten, I think it took her 10 minutes. On a positive, when she flipped me over she did give me a wonderful sinus massage! That helped me relax. The towel where my face was had a very strong vinegar (sour) smell. It took me more than 10 minutes to get over the smell....not sure if it's what they use to clean it.
