The 'free' hearing test is just a come on for the scammers.

I couldn't believe it. I could hear crisp sounds. I could differentiate words without lag time. I know it sounds over the top, but hearing became a celebration. I posted a negative review about the delays in getting service for the faulty hearing aids twice my wife got hearing aids from the factory that didnt work. (We purchased the high end that cost over $8,000). Miracle-Ear responded asking me to reach out to the regional manager. I reached out to Chase and he avoided taking responsibility and then told me that legally they were only required to do anything in the first 60 days so they were not going to do anything. In essence, because we allowed them multiple chances to fix their flaws and make things work they will not treat us like valuable customers. I will not be returning.
