I am a landlord of a small building in Brooklyn. Dealing with plumbers can be difficult and expensive. I have several plumbers that I can call for various things and I try to do a few things myself. I met John right before he started his new business. He was sent over from a company that did not always send over capable plumbers, but right away he was able to figure out what the drainage problem was & solve it immediately. He was the best guy they had ever sent. Then I hired him to install an outdoor air relief for the building sewer line. My previous plumber had declined the job because it looked like a lot of work, but John was excited about doing it & gave me a very reasonable estimate for the job. I was very pleased with how the job worked out. Since then, I call him (instead of going with his previous company that had sent me much less capable people) whenever I have any sort of drain problem. The slop sink in my basement laundry room now drains properly! Believe it or not, for over 20 years, my family has had to deal with a very slow drain. No other service was ever able to snake it properly (couldn't make the turn in the pipe or something), and we've had multiple plumbers try. Excellent service and experience with John!!!! I had a clogged bathtub that I desperately need help with. I am glad I found John who just started his own business after serving big companies in the industry for years. He gave me a really good price compared to the quote from the big companies. John was very accommodating to my work schedule. He showed up at the time as he promised. He was very efficient to unclog my bathtub. While doing his job, he noticed my toilet part had a leaking problem. It was a long time issue that I put off for 3 years because it was a can of worms I wasn't ready to open... He promptly pointed out the problem part to me and gave me an excellent price for fixing the problem. I wasted no time to take this opportunity to take care of my problematic toilet once and for all. I ended up replacing the whole toilet which I knew I had to do it. The only problem is that I am a single girl with no car. If I could give this company 1 star I would. The owner John, came out to service my drain clog, after a several last minute cancellations. He was not able to solve my clogged drain or sewer issue and left, the clog and a huge sewer sludge mess all over my floors. He was extremely flirtatious, and not in a good way! I felt completely sexually harassed and violated by his actions, and comments. My husband was not home at the time and this man asked me many intrusive questions about my marital status and my husband. He than gained entry into my home by asking to use the bathroom. I still feel as if hidden cameras were placed in my home after this because the man was looking around my home and staying much longer than I would have preferred. The entire experience was extremely unpleasant and violating. The service was a waste of my time and money! Nothing in my drain was resolved or cleared and all I got was a big mess and sexually harassed. My advice is to find a more professional company to service your drain issues. read more
