The crispy, delicious, unbreaded fries are back, and honestly, they make a big difference. I'm not a huge fan of sliced pork (I prefer pulled pork), but theirs is definitely palatable and have some flavor and moistir. The mac & cheese was the warmest thing served to me, and it wasn't bad either, but it was dry and texture, not melting and gooey. The beans were in a thin sort of spicy and not particularly sweet syrup and we're just a touch over room temperature. Which brings us to the ribs. I ate three of them, because I was trying each of the four sauces on the table to try to bring some moisture to the party. That was the basic problem. These were the driest baby back ribs I have ever had. I just looked down at my plate halfway through and realized there was no point to continuing to eat these. They weren't worth the effort or the calories. I went to the counter and paid my bill. The hostess said why didn't you say something to your waitress? That was a fair question, I suppose, but the waitress never appeared in the dining room after bringing me the plate and I'm not quite sure what the restaurant was gonna do to infuse moisture into dried out ribs.
