I went in to have my ProMaster van windshield replaced and let me just say BEST customer service/work ever! I kid you not, Victor was so professional and nice. I originally called Safelite to come out and replace it, but they gave me such a run around and through the roof pricing. Would NEVER recommend them at anytime! These guys here, totally got the job done and again were so professional. My windshield was replaced in under an hour. I HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking to not go through your insurance, save money, and looking for a top-notch job. They also do paint jobs, dents, etc.... Would leave 0 stars if possible left bubbles all over my car windows, scratches all over my windows and a few scratches on my paint of the car. The work was so bad i cant even trust them to redo the tint and waste another 4 hours of my time. Save yourselves the trip and go to a different place for tint! And to top it off it i paid for ceramic tint and didn't even use ceramic! read more

We were told that it would only take about an hour so we didn't expect to call for a ride home but they had us waiting 3 hours in their "waiting room" (it was a separate room with only a couch)! I would lower my rating just for the very long wait (which made me very late to my plans this evening) but Martha the owner was very kind and made me feel at home and the crew did a very good job with my tint. Maybe if they were to focus on one car at a time rather than multitasking then it would've been done faster. I went in there to get my window tinting We agreed $100 for my car. I waited 2 and a half hours they haven't started on my car. once I get there the guy haven't started on my car he said we just finished a car you are next, it will only take a hour he said I'll make sure it's a it's ready by then so said OK. another gentleman came he said if it if you really want it to be really good it no bubbles it will be 170 I said no because we agreed 100 and that's to much so I left. Got my windows tinted today, overall happy with the service. I was out of there in 2 hours. I have gotten my tints elsewhere a couple years back with a different car for double the price and in all honesty the job here is the same and the price is very low. My windshield cracked about 3 weeks after put it in. And also leaked called them that looked and said it was from a chip. I didn't see no chip. And they NVR fixed the leak. I will NVR go back I don't know wat kind of games their playing with the location under new management read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Took my car in to get the windows tinted and the job was done horribly to say the least. The tint was lifted everywhere and even ripped at the front windshield and not even begin to say that it was filled with air bubbles and wrinkles. Also, between the film and the windshield there is red spray paint splatters because the guy doing the work had a red spray painted fan facing the car while doing the work. My mistake was not checking the car before paying. Took my car and got home and checked it out completely and noticed everything was done horribly. I took it back literally as soon as I got home because i live 10 minutes away and they did nothing. Not only that the guy left his phone in my car and I went to give it back and let them know I was not happy with the service and they literally did nothing. They gave me $100 back and that's it. Literally horrible service and the guy and owner do not stand by their work. Very disappointed. read more

When you answered the phone all I asked you was "are you the same Global glass and gave the other Global address and you said YES." So don't lie now and say your not affiliated with the other Global Co. your the same company with a different address and phone number.
