Owner is a scammer! I Paid for a new windshield and sensor programming. They did not program the sensors. When they couldn't get it done, the owner tried to claim my sensors were bad and tried to charge me even more money to replace them. When I refused, he explicitly agreed to a $200 refund for the uncompleted work on Saturday, then promised it again on Monday by 1:00 PM. He has since ghosted my texts and ignored my Zelle refund requests. Be very careful paying this business upfront, they will try to upsell you when they can't deliver on services you already paid for. read more

I have used Sal at this shop several times over the past 30 years with good results. Today, they sent a "technician" to my home to replace the driver's side window. Had a big problem with the person Sal sent over today. The guy did not speak ONE single word of English. Do you think that may cause communication problems? I could tell that he had never worked on a Tesla door panel before. He looked at it, puzzled at several different stages. When done, I needed to take a photo of the sticker on the glass so that I could prove it was the correct replacement type. The guy started peeling it off, and I said ALTO. I wanted to take a photo of the sticker. He cracked a smirk and then kept ripping it off.. Then I asked the guy for an invoice/receipt, and he just pointed at his phone. I asked them to send someone over with an invoice so I could pay them. The next person shows up and speaks at least very little English. Hands me a receipt now with tax added. Then he did not want my check. Then, to find out that it was indeed the wrong kind of glass. No wonder Jose ripped the sticker off as I was trying to take a photo of it. What an unnecessarily stressful experience. If you are too lazy to learn the language of the country you are working in, how are people supposed to have confidence in your professional skills? So if you are looking for a place that does not speak English and gets things 83% correct. Call these guys. read more

I needed my driver's side power window repaired and called A1. If I was just driving around looking for a shop this probably wouldn't have been a place I might have stopped at. I did stop and their service was the best I have ever received. I have had to replace a few windshields as well car door glass, and none of them including the big chain companies come close to the service and affordability of A1. I will be a customer for life. I requested a back window replacement for my hardtop BMW convertible and it was a disaster! These seal that was used to replace ended up being the wrong one. These seal used was cut on the bottom center and the top left corner to make it fit. Before I left their shop I had to go back and get the tech to request they assemble back all that was left hanging out on the interior of the back window. The next day not only was the seal popped out on the top left corner but also all along the bottom. On top of that my convertible top would no longer come down. They ended up charging me $200 dollars for this disaster and now I have to pay another shop to fix the window seal again but also fix all they damaged. I am so disappointed! Honestly I don't know how they can do that. read more

I recently got a chip in my 2021 Tesla Model 3 windshield. I went home and went online and got a quote from a big name mobile repair company (we know who) and the I thought the price was reasonable but didn't what to wait a week. I gave A1 a call and they gave me a quote over the phone that was half the price of the big name and could get my car in right then. Took my car in and after waiting for 30-45 minutes in the air conditioned room, my car was ready. The chip is hardly noticeable and after a week, the chip is the same as when I left A1. I would definitely recommend them and I'll be back when the time comes. read more

Called A1 on Tuesday 3/8/22 to get a quote on my windshield. The owner quoted me $165 installed for PGW brand glass. I called A1 on Wednesday 3/9/22 about 9am to hire them to replace my windshield. After a short convo, I gave them my info. The installer(Solomon) arrived with the windshield. I showed him the car and told him to call when complete. About 9:50, Solomon called and I went outside. He proceeded to show me that the window had a crack in it, after he installed it and needed to get another one. About 2 minutes after he left, I realized he installed a Mygrant glass and not a PGW. I called him back and told him that it needs to be PGW cause that what was agreed upon. About 1 1/2 hours later, he came back. When I went outside, he had the 1st glass out and I noticed all of the urethane all over the car. I told him that this was not acceptable and he said that he was going to clean it up. 15 minutes later I went outside and and he was cleaning it up, but just smearing it around, I was beyond upset at this point. He called me when it was done and I noticed he still didn't finish cleaning. He even had it on the VIN plate covering the numbers. He then called his boss and I told him that this was not acceptable and I was not happy. He assured me that it all was going to get cleaned. After 15 minutes wasted on my work time, I just told him to leave it and I will go to the shop when I got off work. I told his boss that I will get off work at 3pm and will be there about 10 minutes later. I arrived at the shop at 3:20 and the owner was no where to be found, he left when he knew I was coming. One of the other installers tried to finish cleaning, but did a poor job cleaning. I went home and spent 1 hour cleaning and was able to get about 95% of it. The installer also broke the drivers side side molding. I will be contacting the owner about these issues and will demand reimbursement for the damages and cleaning.
