I'm in my mid-30's and this was the first time I went into an Eye Practice where the staff (Michelle) picked out 8 different frames that went great with my face. Michelle has a very very good eye for frames that go with different face shapes. Every frame she picked was great. Usually it's a very hard decision for me. Best in Sight is one of the better experiences I've had at the eye doctor. I did have to wait about 30 min in the exam room before I saw the doctor, but I found Dr. Mok very courteous and knowledgeable. He answered my questions very thoroughly. I also enjoyed the canine assistant's company :) The front office staff was wonderful as well. They worked with us to ensure that we were getting the best deal possible with my insurance, and helped me find frames that suited my face. I plan to make an appointment for my wife within the next couple of months. We don't know what insurance she is going to have yet but I'm confident that Best In Sight will take it because they seem to take every insurance but Kaiser :) All in all, I would recommend Best In Sight to anyone in my area looking for eye care. read more

Dr. Mok and his team are awesome. I found this place here on yelp and decided to go in for my much needed eye exam. After the exam I went to go look at frames, I ended up picking something completely different than what I thought I wanted. Thanks to Kayla and her mom Michelle I was able to find the perfect fit (after trying on many different styles) for my type of face an personality; they were very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest! You can tell they are here to help you not just to make you buy the most expensive frames. I will definitely be going back for my annual exams. P.S.: don't let the location throw you off like it almost happened to me. I haven't been to any other eye doctor in Colorado so I have nothing to compare this place to but I thought the prices weren't too bad if you have vision insurance. read more

The Doctor and staff at Best in Sight Eye Care are wonderful. Dr. Mok spent a good amount of time with me (than any other eye doctor I've had in the past) and I learned a lot! He is the first eye doctor to truly explain to me why, even though my RX is somewhat low grade my eyes are so sensitive and why I have such a terrible time seeing at night. He was able to put me in a better RX along with device lenses and blue light protection to ease the strain on my eyes from looking at a computer for so many hours per day! Entering the office I was greeted immediately and pleasantly. There are snacks/refreshments available (I thought they were having a special event, but this is always the case). The staff was helpful in looking up details about my insurance coverage and thorough in explaining them. They also assisted me in finding exactly what I needed in style and managing cost. The follow-up is also very good. Even though I don't live in the area (I live out of state but am there occasionally on business) I will do all of my eye care through this office now regardless of the distance. I highly recommend getting in to see them. You will not be sorry as these days it's tough to find doctors who are as thorough and truly take the time needed to understand their patients' needs and concerns. read more

Dr. Mok taught me a few things. I left knowing how to care for my eyes, and I know this sounds silly, but just how important my vision is. He took more time to help me than ANY other doctor I have ever had. For 10 years now I have done nothing but 24 hour service and I always felt like number. So I just got back from my first visit to Best in Sight, being my first time having an eye appointment in Colorado that wasn't free through my university. The fact that I was immediately compelled to write a review should say something right off the bat. I came here after checking all the other positive reviews, so I knew about the dogs, but I wasn't prepared for how adorable they were. Two corgi mixed, waddling up to me and begging for pets, I just had to oblige! Anyways, I get in quickly, and Dr. Mok begins the usual "friendly doctor routine". Only this time, we connect about physics and optics, and other interesting topics. He asked me about my itchy eyes, and what contact solution I used, and I found out for the first time about how preservatives and such can lead to allergic reactions. No one had ever told me this before! I got two free boxes of solution that should avoid this, as well as recommendations for eye drops and the like. On top of the stellar service from Dr. Mok, while I was waiting for my eyes to fully dilate, the "glasses specialist" (not sure who she was, but she wasn't the receptionist) suggested a few pairs of glasses, giving feedback on the fit and look and providing a quote for a couple pairs that we both liked. Overall, the best eye doctor experience I've ever had, and it seems like I made a good choice! read more

Dr. Mok and his staff are wonderful! I have been going to Best In Sight for a few years, and each experience has been great. Dr. Mok recommended a slight bump (rather than a bifocal or progressive lens), which is hardly noticeable and provided an easier transition than all the folks I've known that went straight to bifocals or progressives and had a terrible time adjusting. He also gave me recommendations for my dry eyes, and is much more attentive to general eye health than any of my previous eye doctors. I had a bizarre experience at another eye clinic, and Dr. Mok rechecked my prescription and assured that my desired glasses were indeed quite possible for me. I had been in Accuvue2 lenses previously and like a dinosaur, kept wearing them as long as possible. Dr. Mok recommended I try the Accuvue Oasis and I must say, if they stay this comfortable, that is the smoothest switch to a new brand I have ever experienced. He gave me multiple options for contacts and landed on Mono-vision which works so well for me!!! His staff cares and are super nice!! Bonus, Doc has a cool dog DJ who is a treat to see when I go in. While there were some initial issues with a new scheduling system on their website, the team at Best In Sight more than made up for it once I got in to the office. Dr. Mok not only did a very thorough exam, but he took the time to explain things to me all along the way. I have diabetes, which has been a little uncontrolled recently, and I was worried about damage to my eyes. Dr. Mok took the time to explain my exam results and that I didn't have any damage yet. He also took the time to show me what it would look like if there were damage and talked to me about what I should do to help make sure that didn't happen. Overall it was one of the best experiences I've ever had with an exam. After that Michelle helped me with picking out frames, which I generally have a lot of difficulty with. She knew I was under a tight time crunch with a trip out of the country coming up. She went above and beyond working with their frame sales rep to get me a good selection of frames to try. She then worked with the lab to ensure that I'd have them in time for my trip. Overall, I can say that you can trust and believe all of the amazing reviews for Best In Sight. If i wasn't already sold on this place because the waiting room had an adorable puppy in it, the service had me totally devoted. I stumbled into the office with a torn contact and a really sad looking snapped in half pair of glasses. I am just blind as all hell. Could not catch a fruit fly if it landed on my nose or could not see my phone well enough to find the yelp application. However, I was prompty guided like a proper blind person to the back of the exam room even though I was a lowly walk-in. The doctor was super nice and spent a lot of time making sure I had the right prescription which was awesome because I've been burned before. He also gave me some samples so I could drive my sad ass home without killing anyone. And also wasn't all judgy even though he knew I drove all squinty with one and a half contacts 2 blocks to get there. He didn't encourage it, but he fixed it. Good dude. The frames lady helped me pick out some cute ones, and they gave me some really rad star trek looking glasses because my pupils were dilated like a high schooler at a rave.
