As time went by my wife and I noticed that one of the panels seemed to have an odd look to it. We never talked about it and both assumed it was light reflection causing the illusion .. One day about a month ago, my wife was entering shower and that odd looking panel shattered. We were a bit stunned and called Kent Glass right away. This was occurring at the onset of Covid in our area and this added stress to the already stressful time. It was quite unsettling! Todd, (from Kent Glass),responded immediately and within a couple of hours, he had cleaned up the broken glass and offered to go back to his shop and cut a piece of plastic to accommodate shower while waiting for a replacement panel, never once mentioning warranty or additional expense while apologizing for our inconvenience..He mentioned he had never had this happen before and that this was just a fluke ...We taped up a piece of plastic instead of having him "make"the temporary fix.! A few weeks went by . Todd showed up today with the replacement panel, installed it and went on his way, commenting that we were to call if any problems..No Charge..He delivered impeccable service. That was outstanding in my humble opinion! 5 star all the way here.. Thanks Todd.! You are unquestionably an excellent example of what a small town small business should aspire to. When asked for a refund he told me he would refund only 54 of the 234.00 he charged me. He said he would come and complete the repair again with no time line after all this seems untrustworthy and possibly a scam My opinion is find another glass repair, this is a totally dishonest and unprofessional place of business.

I called Bill Lizotte Architectural Glass, and they told me I could drop the frame off in the morning, and that they would have it ready for me within the day! The woman I spoke with was so helpful and even called me to let me know how much it would cost before doing the work. Then they called 2 hours later to let me know the glass was ready!
