One day about a month ago, my wife was entering shower and that odd looking panel shattered. We were a bit stunned and called Kent Glass right away. This was occurring at the onset of Covid in our area and this added stress to the already stressful time. It was quite unsettling! Water in the basement hasn't happened in the last thirty years or so. KPM examined everything and suggested it was the way the gutter was put back on the roof after cleaning it of debris. (The actual gutter installers cleaned the gutters. Gee, won't be using them again. But I digress.) KPM came back a couple of days after they gave us an EXTREMELY REASONABLE price quote and performed the work. Sheer perfection. I never really noticed the gutters on the back deck were "off."
