I was feely mighty ambitious and thrifty when I called Krystal Glass to ask for a consultation regarding a big mirror project at my new dance studio. Jimmy made time to meet me at one location and to accompany me to two more nearby locations on the same visit. Together, we checked out several used 6 x 8 mirrors at a nearby gym, looked at a few other mirrors I had in storage, and did a recon trip of the mirrors' final destination. Along the way, Jimmy provided the information that I needed about the correct tools for moving and installing the mirrors myself with a friend. (I should have brought two friends and insisted upon paying them). He also consulted with me, my contractor friend and the building GC about the best way to build secure and attractive frames for the mirrors. After we completed the framing and moved a couple of the mirrors on our own, I wound up asking Jimmy to help procure, move and install the rest of the mirrors onto the frames. Jimmy and his team handled my many requests promptly, with kindness, patience and professionalism. I will be back with any and all of my glass needs and I will also be providing referrals. We made the appointment via phone this time and were asked if we were using our insurance. Last time insurance didn't cover windshield repair. This time it is, so thanks for the info. The repair tech called, day of the appointment, to check if we were available early and we received a text message when he arrived. Even though it was very cold he was able to do the repair work. He was 'here and gone' in what felt like 'no time at all'. Quick and easy process. Our insurance company was notified by us ahead of the appointment and we sent them all the info they needed. I have an Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, so I had the service guy look at it and determined it was only the iPhone plug. Believe it or not, they charged me $16 for a new one despite the several hundred dollars I spend on the system to purchase and have it installed. Does it make sense to anyone that they would charge ME for their defective cord rather than doing the right thing and replacing the iPhone cord? They not only lost a customer but what will this do for their reputation? Was it worth $16? Stay clear.

We contacted B&B in the Spring of 2016 ( yes 2016), to have glass installed in 3 new bathrooms in…read moreour newly remodeled home. Scott Bauer provided a quote and insisted on 50% payment upfront. Then the delays began. We were able to get one shower installed during the Summer of 2016, an upstairs bath. However, we have found there is a chip in the top of one glass panel, which will require repair or replacement. Then Scott Bauer became unavailable and did not respond to phone calls. He would not provide a work schedule. The second shower glass unit, in our master bath was finally installed around November 2016, but the door hardware , handles and door sweep are missing. Now, we have discovered that the door has sagged and will not close . It's a year later (2017) and Scott does not respond to our calls. He is always making excuses why he can't perform. However, we know he is doing jobs everyday around us. Our guest bathroom is unusable without its shower unit . This has been paid in full in 2016. Scott Bauer is a dishonest and irrational individual who should not be licensed in any state to do business. He is a thief and should be in jail. We strongly suggest not contacting B&B Glass .
