When asked for a refund he told me he would refund only 54 of the 234.00 he charged me. He said he would come and complete the repair again with no time line after all this seems untrustworthy and possibly a scam My opinion is find another glass repair, this is a totally dishonest and unprofessional place of business.

I called Bill Lizotte Architectural Glass, and they told me I could drop the frame off in the morning, and that they would have it ready for me within the day! The woman I spoke with was so helpful and even called me to let me know how much it would cost before doing the work. Then they called 2 hours later to let me know the glass was ready! And it only cost $30! Im so glad to see that wonderful, old school customer service still exists! I highly recommend this company, and will be taking all of my future glass needs to them.

I was feely mighty ambitious and thrifty when I called Krystal Glass to ask for a consultation regarding a big mirror project at my new dance studio. Jimmy made time to meet me at one location and to accompany me to two more nearby locations on the same visit. Together, we checked out several used 6 x 8 mirrors at a nearby gym, looked at a few other mirrors I had in storage, and did a recon trip of the mirrors' final destination. Along the way, Jimmy provided the information that I needed about the correct tools for moving and installing the mirrors myself with a friend. (I should have brought two friends and insisted upon paying them). He also consulted with me, my contractor friend and the building GC about the best way to build secure and attractive frames for the mirrors. After we completed the framing and moved a couple of the mirrors on our own, I wound up asking Jimmy to help procure, move and install the rest of the mirrors onto the frames. When it came time for personal information, he did not speak in a sentence.... just "name", "telephone number", "license" That's it! So House of Glass gets a big zero for customer service. We made the appointment via phone this time and were asked if we were using our insurance. Last time insurance didn't cover windshield repair. This time it is, so thanks for the info. The repair tech called, day of the appointment, to check if we were available early and we received a text message when he arrived. Even though it was very cold he was able to do the repair work. He was 'here and gone' in what felt like 'no time at all'. Quick and easy process. Our insurance company was notified by us ahead of the appointment and we sent them all the info they needed.
